I absolutely love Magical Credit. I have small emergencies in times between pays and can always trust M.C will be there for me. Unresponsive
Their chat feature just closes before answering my question, after leaving me on hold for an hour and no one will respond to my emails. Just trying to get an update.
The response below doesn’t explain the lack of response on private platforms and may 30 hasn’t happened yet

Our records indicate the loan was issued on November 7, 2025, with a due date of November 14, 2025, and was not repaid until May 30, 2026. Based on our review of the account, no refund is owed.
As this matter is under formal review, we will continue communications through the Better Business Bureau process only and will not be discussing account details on public platforms.

Despite repeated requests, will not return an overpayment that I made. I also asked for their manager to email me and they refuse.
