Will not return my overpayment
Despite repeated requests, will not return an overpayment that I made. I also asked for their manager to email me and they refuse.

We take customer concerns seriously and are currently addressing this matter directly through the Better Business Bureau process under complaint #24827620.
Our records indicate the loan was issued on November 7, 2025, with a due date of November 14, 2025, and was not repaid until May 30, 2026. Based on our review of the account, no refund is owed.
As this matter is under formal review, we will continue communications through the Better Business Bureau process only and will not be discussing account details on public platforms.

They are magical!
Friendly, easy and cooperative. This has been my experience with Magical Credit. I've used them many times and even when I've been late or had a personal issue, they helped and listened and provided me the time I needed. They are solutions based and have helped me a number of times.
