Never received item, poor service
Iam very disappointed, I ordered a magic lamp through Wowcher and it should of arrived 15th of February and still not arrived, shipping tracking has stopped from 15th of March, there's no way of contacting magic trend just a foreign number which I can't get through on, I want to no when I will recieve it or I want my money back, poor service and I will never order from magic trend again

Excellent customer service …
I ordered a hair curler via Wowcher but unfortunately when it arrived it proved to be faulty. I emailed MagicTrend about it and they responded within 24 hours requesting a video of the fault. Again they were very quick to reply and offered a full refund.
You can't ask for better customer service than that

I feel like I found a real gem for all my birthday present ideas but the only issue I have is with the shipping.. the parcels arrive quite late. Did 2 test orders and both arrived significantly later that stated on their website.
