I've just received a mini WiFi camera bought via Magoloft to monitor a classic car in our garage. What a waste of money! The instructions in English are unintelligible. For example it says that after holding the power button 3 seconds to connect ACCQ. What is ACCQ? It gives no help. YouTube videos don't provide any illumination. The app from the Google Play Store is all in Chinese so no use to anyone outside China - yet they are selling this crap product to people in Europe! I couldn't get the app to download and install so had no chance to actually get it it connected
These people are taking our money but providing a product that is not fit for purpose. Criminals.

Very disappointed with product. (Tap spray convertor) It was very bad quality, worse than McDonald's toy. Completely useless, wouldn't fit my tap and just so poorly made.

Uncle's item didn't turn up and when I try to resolve the problem customer services is non-existent. Not easy to navigate for older customers. I've had no luck as yet but he would not have been able to even get as far as I have. Very poor.

Ordered on the 5th Dec still not received on the 8th Jan, they will not reply to my emails

I agree this company should be stopped from advertising,I received my order but it’s no good came in complete tried sending email ,no answer and have no other way of contacting them.Really bad company stay clear of them .I now have 3brush heads for elective scrubber and no handle useless.

This company should be barred from advertising.it is a complete and utter scam,I ordered the products for waterproofing my shed roof (12x8ft),,i never received it ,I lodged a complaint and a few days later I recieved a small bottle. 30ml of waterproofing agent and also got my complaint dismissed, as item was delivered .I was unable to contact them as I was diverted with unanswerable emails .stop them advertising is the only way to stop these scammers

The biggest mistake I made was not to look at tripadvisor before I purchased some thing from these people,when I eventually got the Items they were for women no good to me at all and when I tried to return them they offerd me 50% of my money back and i could keep them but they are useless to me and quite honestly to anyone else either

Fake advert, description is not valid, send wrong item, no refund.

I ordered the Draw with Light tablet for my grandson 8th December 2020. It finally arrived 4.1.2021 and is not what I expected at all. It is extremely poor quality already coming apart as I took it out of the box to inspect it and for £29.99 the worst value for money I have spent in a long time. Stay away from this company. There after sales results in repeated automated emails asking the same question. Stay well away

I should have read the reviews before buying from this awful company. I bought a child’s toy from these scammers two weeks before Christmas. There was no mention anywhere on their website that the item was coming from China and that there was absolutely no chance that it would be delivered in time for Christmas. Once dispatched it was impossible to track the item with the information Magoloft supply. Any contact with Magoloft only results in repeated automated responses. The item finally arrived on 4th January, and the courier delivered to the wrong address. In addition, the item bares little resemblance to the advert photos and is a very cheaply made, low-quality item.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Just like so many others product has not arrived and contact only leads to an automated e mail which is never answered. Criminal activity here - Facebook, you should be ashamed! This is the second separate scam from a Facebook ad - I will never heed a facebook ad again.

Do not buy anything from this company. Total con artists. There advertising products of high quality, but when you receive the goods they are cheap looking and off poor quality.

Ordered a pocket shawl from them weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them to no avail.

Another facebook scamming company, please do not order from them.

I recently ordered the Hirundo electric cleaning brush from Magaloft. However I received, instead, a set of replacement heads.
I wrote to them advising they had delivered the wrong product and after being asked to respond with a number to determine type of inquiry, I received a response saying that I had received the correct product with a link to purchase the whole set. I have since sent them an email with the order confirmation and photo of incorrect product but have yet to receive a follow up email.
I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot as it seems others have had the same issue with the same item

Do not touch. Placed an order 13 November,incorrect item sent.
Have sent several communications all of which have been IGNORED.
