3 Christmas presents never arrived no response by email or via the website currently waiting for the bank to send paperwork to claim a refund, check out any company advertising on Facebook these are definitely iffy they send you a tracking link but nothing ever happens been done out of just over £70

Dont use this site. Should be banned from facebook. Goods are delayed or not delivered. Customer service unresponsive.

Present bought for me by my wife for Christmas.

Contacted them via email.
Got reply saying due to Covid they are not taking returns but offering to refund half to keep.

Unacceptable so will get credit card company to take up and lodge complaint with FB.

As per all the previous emails, still waiting 4 weeks later on Boxing Day for my order. No reply to emails etc. Must be a scam

Tried their “tracking” without success, emailed, got fob off reply. Searched for a phone number without success. It’s no way to run an honest company. Draw your own conclusions 🤬🤬🤬

This is disgusting wish I had read reviews before ordering Angel Wings on 11th December not recieved yet after numerous emails and stating they are on their way this was for my Mum who passed away on Christmas eve and to remember my Dad so upsetting

Warning, this is a fake company that steal your money, order number 190511 they send out faulty goods, I have been trying to get a refund for the faulty security camera I purchased off them in September 2020 and after several months of trying to contact them they finally informed me to return the faulty camera, I returned camera by recorded delivery back to the return address on the original packaging, this was signed by the company but now they're saying that it has to be returned to China and will not give me back my refund

No electric scrubbing brush .
No customer service .
Dont waste your money they don't deliver and are based in China so dont care .still waiting for my electric brush six weeks later given up now .

Thank you Magoloft, you have taught to check companies out before spending hard earned money on rubbish. The item purchased could have been made by my 2 year old grandchild better. Really disappointed and feeling ripped off.

Like most of other reviews wish I had checked on this site. The response to email requests is to send me the same email which is poorly written with no answer to specific questions. Tracking number is meaningless.
Again they take your money very quickly.
One Christmas present probably will not arrive now

I wish I had read reviews before ordering angel wings and It’s a wonderful life bells. They looked so nice on the internet. What I received today is nothing short of cheap tat. The bells don’t even tinkle, just a pathetic flat sound. These were to be presents for Christmas, but I will not be giving them, as they are an embarrassment. I’ve paid nearly £40 for this rubbish, which is a total rip off. I won’t be ordering anything from MAGOLOFT again, I suggest others give this company an extra wide berth as well.

Very flimsy... virtually cardboard and not in a frame as advertised. This will not last long in a child's hands. I am very disapointed and feel that I have been robbed of £34.99 for a toy that is rubbish!
Yes, I could have returned it but after finding all the bad reviews and folks struggling to get a refund - I decided to rather add to the bad reviews and walk away. I will not recommend to buy from Magoloft...ever!

Extremely disappointed with the products, the packaging and speed of delivery. Would not use them again. Magoloft balance blocks were not as shown. Was not made explicit I would only receive 5 pieces. No where to leave product reviews on the website

I have to agree with all the poor reviews. Delivery of the light drawing kit took 4 weeks and the quality is so poor. I could have made something better myself! To make things worse the packaging advertises not suitable for children under 3. This was not mentioned anywhere in the original advertisement. No response to emails but I am hopeful to receive a refund via Paypal. The company have a UK address but these are quite obviously being shipped from China

like several others I ordered the cleaning brush and received 3 replacement brush heads for a different brush, despite repeated emails I just get told to send it back to China (at my expense - no refund of postage!) and they will send me the correct brush or if I can't afford the postage they will send me 30% of the original cost! Appalling service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bought a Draw with Light tablet and it is absolute rubbish. Paid £20 for it and it looks like something you wouldn’t buy from a street market. Now have a Christmas gift crisis. So disappointed.
