I Ordered a 3 in 1 Tape measure 23rd November 2020, Received delivery 6th December 2020. opening package I found the damaged front screen. Immediately reported it to Magoloft with photo's who sent automated response but no refund. several emails later still only automatic emil response. this company keeps your money and does not adhere to their refund / return policy and does not contact or respond to their customers personally - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT order from this company!! - I ordered the Childs development light up pad and the quality is awful -cheap and nasty and a lot smaller than advertised - bad value for money and took 3 weeks to arrive. I feel stupid that I didn't read the reviews first :(

This is a complete scam, ordered a Light drawing kit for my niece. Looked amazing in the video but what turned up was a cardboard square with some cheap stencils and an even cheaper pen with a light on the end. It would not cost 50p in a discount shop let alone £35 which is what I paid. Please do not fall for this scam or use the company of anything. Dreadful.

This company is a scam. I ordered some hooks that stick to the wall. Wanted them to put up my Christmas decorations. That was in November. I am still waiting for them 4 weeks later.. I have e-mailed them several times, but they do not reply. I read good reviews on the Facebook page that they advertised on, but looking on here now, they are a Chinese company and are a scam.

Ordered 2 items a couple of months ago, were due to be Xmas gifts, still waiting, after reading all reviews I'm not holding out much hope of receiving my order.

DO NOT USE!!! Ordered two separate items none of which have been received. Sent emails but no response! They have took the money but no goods!! Please do not purchase from this site!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a tape measure on the 30th of November but didn't receive any order confirmation. They took my money regardless and now I can't contact them at all to find out if my order is even going to turn up before Christmas. Each time you email they respond immediately telling you to enter a code about your enquiry. Then they ignore you completely. I have tried FB messenger and even posted on their FB page publicly but absolutely no response. Even if my item turns up, the communication is abysmal! DO NOT USE THEM!

Do not buy from this company. Paid £40 plus postage for a the Light and Draw Developing toy as a present for my grandson for Christmas. It has finally arrived and what a rip-off, not worth £5 never mind £39.99. Will not bother returning as probably never get my money back and have learnt from my mistake. Have to look for something else now for his Christmas box.

I ordered the Magoloft cleaning brush. It took 4 weeks to arrive and I only received the replacement heads. I paid for postage and if I want a refund I have to pay to return it. Yet another Chinese company that show an English company address yet everything comes from China. This is The 5th item from China that either never arrives or is total rubbish! DO NOT BUY!!

Same happened to me as to another customer. Got replacement heads when thought I was buying the brush itself. Totally misleading advert.

Had to leave 1 star but not worthy of that.
Bought one of the light drawing boards for my Grandson. Paid £24.98. Undescribeable!!!! What a load of rubbish, you get better quality at the pound shop. I had to send it back to China sent 4/11/20.
They won't reply to my emails and cannot get them to refund.
I too will be reporting them to trading standards. Just wish I had read all the reviews before hand.

Rubbish, absolute rubbish. The spy camera app you had to download to connect to Internet wasn't even showing in play store, so it was ineffective with immediate effect. Offered a third of the cost refund, as I couldn't be bothered to package it back to China and wait for a full refund. They let me keep the product for what it was worth. Avoid these at all costs.

If I could give less than 1 I would. I bought what I thought was a Hirundu Electric cleaning brush but they sent me replacement heads and are refusing to send me the proper product. The advert clearly shows someone using the product and when you click to buy you click purchase. The receipt email shows the full product but I received replacement heads. They default their site so you purchase the cheaper product without realising it, thinking you have purchased the full product. Customer services then tells you they will not take it back but you can purchase full product for 3 time the original cost. SCAMMERS DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Had ordered an item which was taking its time to arrive. Hadnt read reviews before so when I did was extremely concerned so emailed to cancel but without much hope. However have to give credit where due, I had an immediate response agreeing to my request & 2 days later the refund was received. Yes it seems its still a Chinese company with just an office in the UK but Im happy with the service I received for a refund on an item that i suspect would have been poor.

I was just about to order a load of stuff for Christmas from this company who make themselves out to be a British company. I am so thankful for all these reviews, you have saved me from potentially losing a lot of money from a company in China.

Absolutely abysmal service - product was sub standard and bits fell off as I pulled the product out of a very damaged box. Asked for a refund but told I would need to send it back to China - to get a refund !!! After several ignored emails it was agreed to send me a 50% refund 2 months ago still not received it.

Total rip off worked once and have been unable to charge it since!

I am unhappy that the lowest star rating is one - it should be zero. My order arrived but the item was broken. I went through the whole rigmarole of contacting them, answering their questions and sending a photo. I was asked if I would like a refund or replacement by ‘Julia’. I chose the latter but it’s never arrived. I contacted them again and got the same initial response up to the point of asking me to send a photo. That was on Saturday, it’s now Monday evening and the haven’t had the common decency to respond. A terrible company. Please BOYCOTT them - don’t waste your money.
