Great service and advice from staff. They were so patient while I spent ages trying on and deciding which size to buy either the 8 or 10, 8 or 10 etc: Love my Trelise dress and with Magpie help certainly made the right decision 👍🤩 very pleased!

After a few problems with delivery of my dress I was contacted by the company who have gone out of their way to resolve the issues I had. I really appreciate all the help they have given me and feel that they have gone above and beyond my expectations!

Firstly, we are so sorry that you were sent the wrong order in the first place. Like many busineses, we have had multiple staff off with Covid, and the recent flu, so the team have been stretched with the workload and in this instance made the mistake with the dispatch of the order trying to do multiple jobs.
My apologies that it was a week before someone got back to you. This is not our usual practice. As soon as the error was discovered, we asked NZ Post to redirect the dress to go to you. Unfortunately they didn't do this and so it landed with another customer. We did not know that this had not been actioned until the week later. Hence the delay.
We are still waiting in anticipation for the dress to come back to us and I have my Ecommerce Manager ready to drive it out to your house today, or as soon as we receive it back to make sure you receive it for your event tomorrow. We understand how frustating it is to order something for an event and we completely sympathise with this.
I will give you a call now to discuss further and help provide a solution that will get you the perfect dress for your event tomorrow.

Magpie Style is an extremely beautiful shop in Rangiora, the owner is very friendly and helpful without being pushy, I loved a top but because of the price I was reluctant to purchase without making sure it would work with the skirt I had at home, checking online later that night I saw where I could get it and try it for 14 days, I was ecstatic and bought it, to my absolute delight it arrived at my door within 48 hours, packaged so beautifully and it looked perfect with my skirt, 10/10 all round until I got my Visa and unfortunately for some reason it was charged through on Australian dollars, adding $53.00 to an already very expensive top, I have no idea how this could have happened because I remember being pleased at 'check out' that it was $30 cheaper than it was on the rack in store and also free shipping so I was shocked and really annoyed that this had happened without my knowledge.
