I swear, I want to abuse the owner and their entire team, but I am going to choose my words very carefully.

Please do not use any of their services. They are untrained, unprofessional, and honestly worse than street garbage.

Some stupid technician came and installed the AC. After only six days, the gas leaked. I called the company eight times within 48 hours and also contacted the same technician, asking him to come and check the issue. He was a liar too. He claimed that the company was not allowing him to go there, without giving any reasonable explanation.

They try to talk and operate as if they are some multinational company, but their service is nothing more than a bucket of garbage. I will recover the loss you caused me in other ways, and you will never even be able to identify how.

Please hire someone from your neighborhood and get your work done locally. You will probably get better service and save yourself a lot of frustration.

Main Mahir Company se AC ki service karwata aa raha hoon aur inke technicians se pichlay 7–8 saal se kaam karwa raha hoon.

Lekin ab mujhe feel hua hai ke ye log bohat zyada overcharge karte hain. Recently inka technician aya aur usne bataya ke AC ki gas khatam hai, leakage hai aur leakage par tanka lagana padega. Service aur baqi charges mila kar around 14–15 hazar rupees charge kiye gaye, jo maine pay kar diye.

Lekin sirf 2–3 months baad AC mein phir wahi fault aa gaya aur same problem dobara ho gayi. Mujhe dobara full gas dalwani pari, jabke pehle hi leakage repair aur service ke naam par itni zyada amount charge ki ja chuki thi.

Iske baad maine inki customer service par call karke apni complaint explain ki aur compensation ya proper resolution ki request ki. Lekin unfortunately customer service wale meri complaint ko properly sunne ya resolve karne ke liye tayyar nahi thay.

Customer service mein Haris, jo Quality Assurance mein hain, aur Ramesh, jo Supervisor hain, se bhi baat hui. Lekin mera experience bohat disappointing raha. Unka communication aur attitude bohat rude tha aur mujhe laga ke meri complaint ko properly suna hi nahi ja raha.

Mere experience ke mutabiq Mahir Company ki pricing bohat zyada hai aur ye log unnecessarily overcharge karte hain. Main pichlay 7–8 saal se inki services use kar raha hoon, lekin ab mera experience bohat disappointing raha hai.

Honestly, mere liye Mahir Company ki service ab pathetic ho gayi hai. Itni purani customer relationship ke bawajood agar customer ki complaint ko properly suna aur resolve na kiya jaye, to ye bohat disappointing aur unacceptable hai.

Very poor service. They simply hire local plumbers and take commission without ensuring quality. I booked a plumber through Mr. Mahir, but his attitude was unacceptable. He behaved disrespectfully, even towards elders. I filed a complaint, and their agent asked me to “give them time,” but no proper action was taken. Later, when the plumber himself called their helpline, a different agent responded. I had to explain everything again, and instead of resolving the issue, they told me to get the work done from outside. This is extremely unprofessional—you pay them, yet still have to manage everything yourself. Not recommended.

Avoid Mahir Company – Extremely Poor Service This company is not professional. At first, they answer your calls quickly, but if you have a complaint, they don’t listen or respond. They seem more focused on taking new orders and payments than solving customer problems. For the past 3 days, we’ve been calling again and again about our complaint, but their team is “not free” to handle it—yet if you place a new order, their whole staff is suddenly available. In 45°C heat, we’ve had no AC for 3 days, and it has been a terrible experience. Their staff is rude, their after-sales service is awful, and they only care about sales, not customers. Please don’t use their services—they are not professional.

Their behaviour is worse with their technicians. also sometime send inexperienced people.
