The lovely man that treated my son was fantastic but the lady on reception was rude and a bit off. My son (9) also noticed. Receptionists don't need to be like this, I don't understand why people do these jobs that clearly don't like dealing with people.

Had ingrowing Toe nail operation on both big toes which went well. On my next follow up appointment had Jeremy at the end i asked for more plasters and he told me he would not supply anymore i neede buy on Amazon he also refused to cut my toe nails he said i should make another appointment. I complained as i was told money for operation covered all after care. I received a call from the manager advising me Jeremy should have supplied more plasters and cut my Toe nails. I attended another appointment with Jeremy who totally blanked me never even had the decency to apologise. He cut my Toe nails and asked if I neede large toes done I said due to operation should they be done? He said up to you I said let's do them and experienced pain. At the end of the appointment he gave me the plasters and said you will not have further appointments with me he seemed quite angry about it I complained again but none even bothered to call me this time

I visited the practice to see Liam McManus for a persistent verruca that was running out of control, despite four years of battle with my GP and after many appointments trying freezing and all the usual tricks. Liam didn’t promise miracles but after dry needing the problem was completely cleared within a few months. He only treated the worse patch and all the satellite verruca’s cleared at the same time. Well impressed and I didn’t consider it too expensive for a private cure. The whole clinic was clean, tidy and well equipped and all staff very professional. If I need foot care I would recommend them highly.
