Excellent cooking session today with Chef Clara. She taught us step by step how to make homemade pizza from scratch and baked chicken with vegetables, all with a lot of patience and great explanations. Our maid picked up the techniques easily thanks to her clear, hands on teaching style. The result was delicious perfect dough and juicy chicken. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn to cook at home.

We had hired our first helper with maids cc, which didn't work out, to which they promptly responded with an appropriate replacement. And to ensure a good fit, trainer Arlene spent 8 days of in depth training which resulted in our helper doing an amazing job. I highly recommend their services, especially their training support.

We had a great experience with trainer senait teshome. She was kind, patient and respectful while maintaining the rigour of training for our nanny. who has been asking about her often ever since she visited us. She also followed up to ensure we got what we expected out of the training.

Mimi helped me with so much knowledge that I wasn’t able to train the maid but she was a great helper with positive attitude and love for children. Also Arlene is the best maid trainer for childcare, she is very attentive to details, on task and loves children. Chef Clara is also very professional, on task and keen on her work. I totally recommend the three trainers they were the best⭐️

Samarwite is a professional and great cooking trainer. With every visit and training session, her professionalism in making delicious dishes and her positive attitude is amazing.
I highly recommend her.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING MAIDS.CC

For everyone who read my review yesterday about my experience with Maids.cc, I want to share how the story ended.

Yesterday, after a serious conflict, the cleaner left my house before the job was completed. I had specifically booked the cleaning because I had an event planned for today. I waited for the promised replacement yesterday, but nobody came, and in the end I had to cancel my event.

Today, Maids.cc finally sent a replacement cleaner. She arrived at 10:55 AM. At around 4:20 PM, she told me she was finished.

I live in a two-floor townhouse. When I checked, the house had been cleaned, but many things were still unfinished or not put back properly — carpets, chairs, kitchen items, tables, etc. I understood that she was new to my home and didn’t know where everything belonged, so I said, “Okay, let’s finish it together.”

I started helping her myself — moving things, arranging the kitchen, putting things back, and explaining where everything should go.

Then she told me: “Madam, my five hours are finished.”

I was confused because I PAID FOR SIX HOURS.

I checked my booking again. Six hours. Paid.

On top of that, after yesterday’s situation, management had promised me two complimentary hours.

The cleaner showed me her phone, and according to the information she had received from management, she had been assigned to my house for only five hours.

I immediately contacted Maids.cc and sent them a screenshot showing that I had paid for six hours. Their response? They told me that the cleaner had worked six hours.

NO. SHE DID NOT. I WAS THERE. THIS HAPPENED INSIDE MY OWN HOME.

After finishing what she understood to be her five-hour shift, the cleaner went outside to wait for her pickup. I saw her sitting outside in the Dubai heat and asked her to please come back inside and wait. I offered her drinks while I continued cleaning my own house — vacuuming, finishing the kitchen, arranging the table, putting water and other things back where they belonged.

I am not blaming the cleaner for the scheduling issue. She showed me what was on her phone and followed the hours she had apparently been given.

My issue is with the management.

Please stop telling a customer who was physically present in her own home that something happened differently.

I paid for six hours.
The cleaner was told five hours.
I have still not received the service I paid for.
And the promised compensation has not resolved the situation.

And please understand something: I WORK FOR EVERY DIRHAM I EARN, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. When I pay for six hours of service, I expect six hours of service.

What has frustrated me even more is the communication. I kept receiving variations of the same responses: “We are really sorry,” “We understand your concern,” “We apologize for your experience.”

But repeating apologies is not the same as actually fixing the problem.

IMPORTANT FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING MAIDS.CC: PLEASE DO NOT RELY ONLY ON THE GOOGLE RATING. CHECK TRUSTPILOT AS WELL AND READ THE REVIEWS THERE BEFORE YOU BOOK.

I wish I had done that before.

I am now posting my experience on the relevant review platforms because customers should be able to see different sources of feedback and make their own informed decision.

I gave this company multiple chances because I genuinely wanted to find one reliable cleaning company that I could continue using regularly. I wasn’t looking for conflict. I simply wanted to pay for a service, receive what I paid for, and be treated fairly when something went wrong.

After two days of this, I would genuinely like to know: What are my rights as a customer, and where can I formally complain when I paid for a service that I believe was not fully provided?

Communication sets up an automatic debit without giving you proper information. Miss management and disorganization

Really disappointed about this company. They are not professional at all a pure waste of time. I will never deal with them again.

My experience with Maids.cc has been extremely disappointing.

I paid a significant amount of money expecting to receive reliable domestic worker services and support throughout my contract. Unfortunately, when my maid decided to leave due to personal reasons, I discovered that I was left without the protection I reasonably expected as a customer.

Instead of providing a replacement, I was told I would have to pay thousands of dirhams again. I have also become aware of other customers who were provided with replacements without additional charges, yet I was refused the same treatment. This inconsistent approach has been very frustrating and unfair.

Although the worker stopped providing the service, the company has not refunded the amount that I believe remains due under the contract, leaving me to bear the financial loss for circumstances completely outside my control.

Before signing any agreement with Maids.cc, I strongly recommend that customers carefully read every term, ask detailed questions about what happens if the maid resigns, and obtain all promises in writing. My experience has shown me that you may not have the protection you expect if the domestic worker decides to leave.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to exercise caution before using Maids.cc’s services.

Even 1 star is too much for this company. Absolute scam, trying to get a visa for my maid since 1.5 month and still not complete. Every time you need to spend hours talking to whatsapp bots before an agent replies. Worse part is that every time there is a new agent who has no idea about the case and they give generic replies. Worse company to work with for maid visas.

An honest advice for every person.Never ever approach dealing with this office.Just use your brain: Why a company do not show on their website any phone number or any email address ??!!
Imagine what happened with me.Before almost five days ,I assumed that I am dealing with respectable company named Maids C.C. Eventually things proved that I was innocently hooked by a punch of greedy dishonest guys.After sending them all the papers they asked for to issue a 2year housemaid visa,one of their demands was to send them my own IBAN bank account.After so many chatting with them ,I felt that I am trapped and they are about to cheat me. Therefore, I directly ,before 3 days, asked them to cancel my application and that I do not want to proceed with any further steps.Bearing in mind that they did not do any thing of the visa procedures at all and the so many messages that I sent to them NOT to proceed any further procedures . Astonishingly, my bank sent me today a message saying that a deduct request sent by Maids c.c. was rejected because the signature does not match.Really ,I was lucky that it did not match.See how dishonest they are !!!! using my IBAN to deduct money that they do not any right to ask for . Therefore, I find myself obliged to warn those honest people who think that every glittering thing is gold,BE CAREFUL. And to those who believe that there is a doomsday, he/she will stand before Almighty God and will be asked for every evil thing he/she did and about all the money and fortune they collected dishonestly.

One of the worst companies to work with ,they layoff without any notice they don’t give the compensation 1 month salary for terminating contract on spot without any notice. management has zero communication I’ve worked with them for two years. last team I joined to worked with i’ve worked for a month without having one single meeting with the manager and suddenly I was laid off.

Totally misleading advertising of fast service within 30min etc..Don’t even think we get in the same day. . Nothing like that. Poor service.

I received new maid from agency and day later went on business trip - not my plan. Just their previous maid screwed and I had to hire new one last minute. I was promised she is experienced and good. Well every day on CCTV I saw her eat and play phone… while she forgot to walk my dog and I arrived home to sick dog and to peed and poo-ed Persian carpet.
