Thank you to Mulushet Wolede for the cooking training. Our nanny has improved considerably with cooking thanks to the chef training services provided by Maid CC and Mulushet. She knows literally every recipe - including Arabic recipes under the sun. Very efficient and impressive. Response time is immediate.

I’m happy with my experience that at the beginning I thought will be a chaos. Sally the maids manager help us to find the right maid for our house and that was amazing! Also both of the maids that were at home were super actives and respectful!

Chef Clara is amazing. She supervised our maid to cook a traditional English roast dinner. We love it! Thank you !

Extremely bad and considering ending the service after November.
Lot of details that this box is not enough to write them all. But in words, non- trusworthy, unprofessional, not honest, manipulators and low skills and commitment to customers.
Their maids decide to leave anytime they feel to. They pack their bags and they say they are going. When we reach out to the customer care, nothing is being done, just apologies over the chat without action and without trying to solve the problem and asking them to stay. This is leaving us without any nanny, ruining our plans and putting us under pressure to find someone fast as we have work and jobs to go to and we have kids at home.
One maid who came before, was not paid her last month salary. This is demotivating to anyone. She asked them about it and they told her it will be paid after 2 days. However, until now it is not paid. I reached out to them today at 2:15pm and they rudely implied that this is not concern and she needs to address it again to them. The maid is in my house and anyone can know how demotivating it is to work while you are not given your last month’s salary.
The only professional person in the customer care was Cynthia. Maybe they should use her to train other employees and managers on how to communicate better.

I have been maids cc client for 9years
And had to change many times the nanny or the housekeeper for different reasons.

I really want to thank Lor for her help each time she works hard and from her heart to find the suitable housekeeper to our family.
She is an honest, hard working and genuine person. I only feel comfortable to work with her.

Dear Zeinab, thank you for very much helpful visit and talk to girls about all my concerns and inquiries. Although I’m very much unhappy with maid cc in total as a long term client but Zeinab made it soft and smooth with her visit and smiling face and kindness talking to girls and friendly conversation with them so everything went well after that.
Highly recommend her if you need a manager visit at your home 😊

Update: This company in my opinion is a lot of talk and persuasion but the level of service and offered help needs upgrade.
Their package in the beginning appears as an amount and on paying is another amount. One person tells you the free trial you’ll get back your money for and another tell you you wont and if you decide to terminate because after several trials you are not happy there is no way to either get any of your money back or to get any other services for it. That is it gone.
And again I cant emphasize enough how uncoordinated the talk on the phone and the messages I receive and the chatbot are to the extent that it starts becoming such a nuisance and a huge waste of time and frustration. You seriously need help.

The responsiveness of the people working in this company is great! You ask for a nanny they get you one immediately, a maid manager, a maid trainer everything. I had a very good experience with both Carl and Sally. They were responsive and understanding. Additionally the maid training service is spot on. I had a great experience with senait who has come in several days in a row and taught the new nanny lots of diverse skills! The best idea ever because you get alot of help from the trainers.
The downsides of the whole service experience is that you cant walk in and meet several of the nannies to assess them. You either pick directly from videos online or have them brought to you to speak to you. So it can get long and tedious to find a suitable fit. Additionally the chatbots are very annoying and a more humanized experience that doesnt repeatedly address issues previously discussed and covered would be great.

Worst customer care ever, they disabled the call center and communication is only via WhatsApp managed entirely by AI and bots repeating the same response over and over. I checked the Maids CC application and they have also disable it. You can’t speak directly to humans anymore to explain the issue. SHAMELESS COMPANY 👎👎👎

حقيقي ولا مره اتوفقنا في اي واحده من عندهم صارلنا سنه ونص تقريبا علي النظام الشهري لأنه وللأسف ولا واحده جت تصلح لأنه نحول عقدها ويصير سنوي ولا مربيه عندها خبره كل واحده تحكي صارلي سنتين وأربعه و٧ سنوات بشتغل وبس تجرب اي واحده فيهم تلاقيها ما تعرف حتي النظافه الشخصيه لحتي تعرف تنضف البيت وللأسف من كتر الاختلاط بالأولاد صرت اشم نفس الريحه فيهم وياريت علي قد كده ده اللي عندها Attitude واللي ألاقي بالشنطه تبعها اعوذو بالله حشرات وصراصير واللي تكذب واللي واللي ….. إلخ هدول المربيات حواراتهم كتير وما عندهم اسهل من الكذب واللف والدوران صراحه هي غلطتنا انه من بعد آخر مره لما المربيه المهمله وقعت بنتي واتفتحت ودخلت عمليات ما أخدنا اي اجراء قانوني ضدها وضد الشركه المسؤوله عن العاملات اللي توفرهم وعن المصداقيه وكله من ورا ناس ما بتراعي أكل عيشها ولا كلمتها ولا عندها ذره مسؤوليه … حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Best of the best

All of the nannies we got were very incompetent and shows no resilience. One inconvenience they would be asked to be sent back. Basically, they just want to follow a kid in a random mall and clean the house that's it. Very demanding nannies and expensive charge. One nanny even asked money from us and said she'll work for it but guess what, she asked to be returned and made up several lies against our family. We tried to get in touch with maids.cc to raise this issue but instead of getting our money back from her, she is pointing out that she has already worked for it (cleaning the house, cooking and taking care of our 2 year old boy). Last thing, these nannies are telling me they prefer "white families" over us Asians.

I must say that I am very positively surprised by how the Company keeps on improving itself on the client service side. I was facing an emergency situation with my previous nanny and I reached out to Maids.cc who assisted me immediately in securing the most suitable maid for my family needs. Thanks to Lor for her amazing assistance and follow up throughout the process and also post-hiring regularly reaching out to make sure that we are happy with the new hire 🙏🙏I highly recommend maids.cc to anyone that wants to

Naomi Itambo was great. She trained Phyllis in Indian style cooking and the food prepared was very tasty. Naomi was happy, polite, clean and very respectful. It was a pleasure to have her.
