Absolutely beautiful collection of lights, we were looking for something that would suit our very low ceilings, we searched absolutely everywhere for months until we stumbled upon this website and found exactly what we needed. There are some amazing savings to be made with current sale run by the company, buying the items in a bulk got us a very generous 15% discount. Looking forward to receiving these amazing lights

Shipping took a day or two longer than I expected but the tracking stayed updated the whole time. Once everything arrived the quality made the wait easy to forget. The packaging also protected everything really well.

Order ML9175511 Ordered several lamps from this company. On fitting by professional electrician one sealed outdoor unit proved to be faulty. Another expensive ceiling light was not provided with drop down extension bar as shown on their website. Customer service proved absolutely useless. They do not appear to know much about their own products, and evaded responsibility completely. I would definitely advise against ordering from this company. Find someone based in the UK who knows their product, and actually takes some pride in delivering basic customer service.

Easy shopping. Beautiful items

I placed an order for a lamp more than a month ago and I am still waiting. It clearly ships from China, but I have no clue where my order is. Whenever I contact support, I only receive vague, automated replies. Terrible customer service and no product. Avoid!

0ut and out scam. Lampshade took 7 weeks to arrive (from China despite company advertising as being based in the Netherlands). Cost over £80 (supposedly with £70 off so original price £150) but I received a very cheap looking paper shade that I have now found with an identical photo available on Amazon for £13.99. Even at that price it’s a rip off. This company seems to trade under several names selling identical products. Avoid like the plague!!

I spent weeks searching for home decor that wouldn't go out of style after one season. The collection here felt much more timeless than what I'd been seeing elsewhere. Delivery updates were clear and the packaging was secure. Everything arrived looking beautiful.

I wasn't expecting one purchase to inspire me to rearrange half my home but that's exactly what happened. It made me excited to decorate the remaining rooms. I just wish the website had a few more styling ideas because I would have loved some inspiration.

I’d been looking at the lights I’ve bought for a few days but on another site. They were quite expensive which was stopping me putting in an order. I then found them on Maisonette Lunavive at a much more favourable cost and discount for multiple orders! Sold to the lady in South Wales!!

Unbelievable China returns only, do not shop

I ordered a £300 lamp June 30th.
Was given a tracking number, it's still showing as being in China.
China.
I believed the company was in the Netherlands.
Despite multiple emails and very polite responses - which I suspect are AI generated - and being told Parcelforce have the package - I called them and they told me it was still in China, I can see no resolution or light!
So I've lodged a dispute with my bank.
