I ordered a set of see no evil, hear no evil speak no evil garden lights. Only one turned up although the order clearly states ‘set of three’ and I was charged £39:95 for the set.
Only hear no evil arrived after 2 weeks, I sent an email to the company who’s response was pleasant and they investigated promptly.
The result of the investigation suggested I ordered incorrectly and only ordered an individual item, however I have revisited the website and cannot see this option, and indeed the site clearly says £39:95 for a set of three.
When trying to respond to the email, my replies will not send? I have replied via an alternative email and surprisingly it was delivered successfully?
I am still in dispute with Maison Lunavive and will happily revise my review if they sort this mess out, however I am currently not happy with their service and would recommend avoiding!

I ordered a white cotton bathrobe, the washing instructions say wash at 30 degrees which I did. The bathrobe has shrunk a lot. I emailed them for a refund which they have refused. The reason being they say the way it was washed cannot be verified.
I will never use this company again.

Ordered 4 lights described as 'with gold finish'

When they arrived, cheap, poor quality and they were in black plastic. It is not made clear that there are two options on their website and one of these is black. Have not been offered a refund or return despite many messages.

We ordered a number of lights costing over £200 from this website. The contact details seem to show the company based in Holland. We were aware that we had to pay for any returns when we ordered however that is when the fun started.

The order was shipped from China in 2 jiffy bags when they arrived over a week later the goods seemed cheap and plastic so contacted them to return. Rather than sending to Holland we were told to send back to the fulfillment centre in China. The return cost will be around £45.

We would never have placed the order if we thought the goods would be this poor quality and the cost for return would be so high.

Quick and easy to use website, product looks great and better quality than others on the market. Reasonable price

The bedside desk table lamp is fairly practical. It gives sufficient light for reading, and its design matches my room decor reasonably well, although it feels quite ordinary overall.

Just a Chinese dropshipping business, I ordered something as a birthday present 6 days ago, it hasn't even left China yet; so it definitely won't arrive in time.
The website doesn't mention anything about stock coming from China. Save yourself the hassle.

There is a beautiful choice of products and it was so easy to use the website. I’m so happy I found this website. It was the only one who provided exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price.

I bought a few small home décor pieces, and they helped improve the look of my shelves to some extent, making them appear a bit more organized without feeling too crowded.

Installation was fairly easy, and the final result looks decent for the price.

It's actually too early to say. Not sure why companies ask for these surveys before items are delivered 🤔

I added a wall light to my hallway, and it made the area feel somewhat more inviting at night. The glow is soft and pleasant, though not particularly striking, and it adds a bit of decoration without taking up space.

The pendant light I installed above my dining table creates a warm and cozy atmosphere during evening meals. It looks fairly stylish and simple, and while it enhances the space, it doesn’t stand out as much as I expected.

Website easy to use with good images of the products. I would have liked measurements of product to be displayed in cms as well.

This company looks to be based in Holland and does vaguely mention that return may have to go via their fulfilments network, but don’t mention this is China. The cost of returning the product negates any refund. Do not buy from the company. The product I received was very bad quality, and returning it for a refund at my cost is not worth the hassle. Please save your money.
