Cristian made the process simple and easy by always being a call or text away. The response time was almost immediate. My experience was this is a much faster way for lending than a tradition lender. I would recommend anyone with serious intentions to use Beeline.

He was always reachable and would kindly answer my questions in a professional manner, unlike other lenders I encountered in the past weeks.I stumbled across Beeline when I already lost hope in cashing out my property due to high level of unprofessionalism with lots of lenders, but Cristian rekindled my interest and delivered quite on time. Great job! I had been trying to get the cash out refi for months with a different company. The whole process with beeline took about three weeks and everyone was super efficient , helpful and be very nice. Even though the closing costs were a bit higher the convenience, friendliness, and efficiency made an it totally worth it. Will recommend.

The property we were buying was farm land that was be re-surveyed to sell just the farmhouse and 2 acres. The back and forth between the county auditor / rezoning / etc. took some time. The Beeline team was great at keeping me informed of the process. Would use them again.
