it is a scam company.
I've never received my order and they refused to refun saying they are having issues with the border.
Scam. No phone number, just a chatbot. I lost my money and never got the products.

There is no contact with this company at all, so if your parcel gets lost, they can't even find it

The worst experience ever. I placed order 2 weeks ago, didn't receive anything yet. Customer service is the worst, whenever follow up with them keep sending the same message. I will never ever buy anything from them again.
Do not use this App.

I placed an order on makeup.ae and it never arrived. The website is gone.

Placed an 26th Feb, few days later there website is down. Can not connect with them, tired facebook and instagram. There’s no contact us email or phone number. Do not use!!!

package came perfectly!! only issue was that it was a late… they had products i couldn’t find anywhere else

Recently purchased items for the first time from makeup. Had major issues with courier company on mis-deliveries. Viktoriia Shapovalova, a customer support specialist at makeup was exemplary in her follow up with the courier company to ensure successful delivery of product.

Received my order in Great condition. Original products.

Awful! My package is nowhere near to be found and no one is replying! Made an order 18th of November. They promised to deliver until 26th of November. It already passed and the order hasn’t even been sent yet!

It was all going well with this company until it came to delivery. They delivered my product to a different address and to a person that was not the intended recipient. They didn't bother to check the name or cross check the telephone number.
When I ask for my product they keep replying with the same email 'your email has been forwarded to our claims department'.
This is an absolute tragedy. Stay away at your own risk.

I ordered from them amount was AED110 not big amount but everything was delivered very fast in few days, they reply in instagram. Through the email I didn’t get any response but the product was perfectly delivered

They constantly face technical issues with their deliveries and are always late, with no clear timeline provided. Their customer service is unhelpful and takes no responsibility, simply blaming the courier company instead. Very disappointing experience—avoid ordering from them.

It was quick and I received it in 13 days very professional and kept updating me on the package.

Always they have technical problems in delivering items, always late late and their is no exact time for delay delivery

I received my order in a timely manner (1 week), and the team was very responsive and helpful. I will be placing my future orders from makeup.ae!
