Scammers they block you and steal your money

Terrible, waited for a fragrance, they said it's on its way but I never received it!

This business is being used as a front to perform theft. It's a criminal enterprise.

Cancelled my order and then never refunded it...

Scam! Do not order anything!

Never order online from them. Ordered a perfume from them. Got a wrong cheaper version of the perfume. Called them 100s of times with them just replying "we will check". Then after a week of trying, they just replied they dont accept returns. You sent the wrong item!!!

I bought 3500 aed items and never be shipped. I called them and sent email several times, at first they said they would reimburse me , nowadays they do not pick the call up, do not reply to emails and ig DM. It’s a fraud do not buy anything from them

They are the worst perfume seller in uae. No wonder they closed many shops. I request all not to buy online from them. I bought 3 perfumes amounting to near 4k aed. Mfk oud satin mood extrait was one of them. They delivered oud satin mood edp instead. They didn’t take it back for a flimsy reason that i removed the flimsy polythene cover in which packaging is done. Secondly they dont have any customer care number, only show room mobile numbers. No one answers or once in a while a sales lady answers. They dont have a clue on whats happening. If i email them som one replies after 7 days.. Its been 2 weeks and my issue is un resolved. Plz dont buy online from them..

Even when they do mistake they don’t even hold accountable for it !!!!
I believe they are scammers !!!! No one respond to emails or Whtsapp or calls even after raising the complain big time ! And they made me pay extra amount of money to receive the perfumes because I used a code they sent me !!!!!!! And they want it on cash above that !!!!!!
I raised a complain on DED on them officially with all proofs !
They sent me above that a wrong perfume and refused to replace it with what I ordered !!!! And they sent open packages !!! Not sealed !

Never again with them even if the pricing is better !!!! Worst experience ever ! Literally

Worst online shopping experience ever! Purchased items for over 2000 dirhams, did not receive a tracking no., items never delivered, and no refund issued. No response to emails or phone calls. Disappointing.

On December 26, 2024, I placed an order with The Niche Gallery (parisgallery.ae) for AED 1119 (~€299) for a 100ml bottle of Armani Privé Ambre Eccentrico. I received an order confirmation, but never a shipping confirmation.

I contacted them multiple times via email on December 26, 27, and 31. On December 27, they responded that the product had been ordered “internationally”, meaning it would take longer to arrive. However, no shipping confirmation ever followed, and no tracking details were provided.

Since then, they have completely stopped responding. No replies to emails, no answers via social media, and no one ever picks up the phone.

I was forced to involve my credit card company (ICS) at 3 january 2025, who accepted my dispute and refunded the full amount 6 weeks later. Without that, I would’ve lost my money.

Final note: Their stock management is clearly not up to date. They charge your card for products that are not in stock. This feels like a scam – proceed with extreme caution.

Terrible. A great way to throw away your money. One month after placing my order, I'm still waiting to hear from them.

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a niche perfume from Paris Gallery (also known as The Niche Gallery), and what followed was nothing short of disgraceful.

The product arrived defective and leaking — completely unacceptable for a company that claims to deal in high-end fragrances. I immediately requested a replacement, only to be shocked when they sent another bottle cash on delivery, effectively asking me to pay again for an item they botched the first time. Naturally, I refused.

What’s worse is their so-called customer support — non-existent and utterly useless. Countless messages on WhatsApp went unanswered or ignored, and attempts to reach them by phone were equally pointless. No accountability, no resolution, no care for the customer.

After exhausting all channels, I was forced to escalate the matter and file a formal complaint with Dubai’s Department of Economic Development (DED).

If you value your money, time, and sanity — stay away. This is not a premium brand; it’s a customer service disaster hiding behind a luxury name.

Don't buy from this company. They are selling de code perfume. Last week I find 1 perfume there is three different types of barcode and also don't buy from them. If you need original. Please buy from own brand. They are selling de code perfume.

Unfortunately I got scammed by them as well. I have ordered more than 2 weeks ago and no one is answering me. If I call to the store they tell me that its a different team and they dont know anything. I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering. I dont understand how they are still allowed to operate and have a store in such a big mall! And no, I am not a competitor, but a consumer that works hard for his money. They scammed me for more than 500 dirhams!!! Shame on you!!!!

I'd recommend staying away from these stores. The positive reviews appear to be fabricated.
