Making Music Reviews

Catherine, was very helpful and knew exactly what I was asking about. Giving me the correct information.

I raised a question and the response from Making Music was very quick and helpful. I had the answer just a few days later.

All the staff are very helpful and your website is easy to use. Very interesting content and lots of opportunities to participate and speak to someone if there is a problem.

In recent months I have had some difficulty in contacting the correct person but when I made contact they were extremely helpful and friendly.

The platform, although limited in look and feel options, offers a very cost effective solution for small music groups on a tight budget. Membership functionality is extremely helpful and the flexible configuration of site functionality and permissions is great, but could benefit from further expansion into more generous look and feel tailoring. I would thoroughly recommend the platform for small amateur groups with limited funds and technical skills.

We had an IT problem, and Making Music staff were able to fix it. We know we can always ask for help!

Consistently high standard of service. We all get used to Amazon these days and it is really hard for retailing companies to hit that standard but you do regularly.

Always helpful if I telephone and ask for advice
