Malcolm C Foy & Co Reviews

Dealt with MCFoy for local property purchase. Everyone very polite, efficient and helpful. Managed to process the deal within 12 days despite the efforts of Royal Mail who at one point took 8 days to deliver the contracts 2 miles down the road. Thankfully MCF reprinted the necessary paperwork and I was able to sign off in person at the office.
So 5* for MCF and 0* for Royal Mail.

Very friendly and helpful iwould recommend to all my friends and family kind regards Mr Gary Germaine

I recently purchased a plot in Sheffield, and Jessica Brooks and the team did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

Donna Moore and Kelly Jones were absolutely brilliant with the service they provided. I was diagnosed with cancer near the start of the process and instantly became very unwell and was unable to be involved in the process. Thankfully Donna and Kelly provided unmatched service and just got on with everything I needed. I honestly can’t thank them enough for how easy they made this for me. Couldn’t recommend them more:).
