Ordered three Pink work shirts at more than 70% off. Delivered in three days, contained free returns label, but not needed as fitted perfectly. No complaints here!

Bought 2 Gucci sunglasses from Malford of London. I have to say I was very sceptical as I read a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot but good reviews on the Shop app. The items were dispatched rather quickly with tracking provided - I received the sunglasses today and I can confirm that they were genuine merchandise and came in the branded Gucci velvet pouches with authenticated cards and well packaged.

Made an order online and within a few days it arrived. well packaged. the shoe box was also hand wrapped in their own tissue paper inside the delivery box, which was a nice touch I thought!

Unfortunately, I will be sending the shoes back as the style is not quite fright for the wedding i am attending and the groom has asked for us to wear a different shoe.

Bought a pair of Fendi sunglasses at the end of Feb - they fell off my head on the floor and broke and Malford of London will do nothing as its my fault. NO actually - you shouldn't be selling products that aren't fit for the every day. I've dropped plenty sunglasses on the floor and never broke before.

Waste of money and they do not care about their customers

I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about ordering from the company after reading reviews and also the dress had sold out everywhere but here and it was really reasonably priced. Well turns out I had nothing to worry about, the dress arrived very quickly, well packaged, great price and I have been after an asymmetric dress for ages, tried many and finally found the perfect one. This is a scam, company is in liquidation. Address comes up in Coventry.
I was about to order something, but thought it was too good to be true with the prices. Checked reviews and company house which tells you if the company is still running or bankrupt.

Super fast delivery and great item received..

Quick delivery, high quality item at a very attractive price. Unfortunately the fit wasn't right but this is no fault of the business.

Serial scammer. The guy running this "Malford of London" entity will sell a few articles of clothing to a community to establish credibility, then when he's got their trust, he will take the money, burn the customer, shut down the business, wait for people to forget, then start it up again to scam a new crop.

His old victims have not forgotten.

Unfortunately i had to return several items of my order due to fit, but the Malford customer service was exceptional. They may have had problems in the past but now they have excellent service. Much faster and accommodating communication than I have received from other companies. I was given a refund just the day after returning the item. No complaints. Perfect and beautiful items!

It appears the company was dissolved in March 2020. Must be trading again.

I have purchased from this website three times now. The first-time experience was about a year ago. Absolutely fine, no significant issue. One of the suits I have bought was not fitting well, so I had it returned (at my expense) and the communication with the platform was fine.

The second time, I bought a pretty big range of stuff. One of the items was of rather poor quality. When I tried to return this item, the platform just stopped responding altogether.

The third time, I got sucked back by the bargains. Again, a problem with one of the products and never heard back again!

In conclusion, every order is a bit of a dice roll. If you know the products you are buying (i.e. familiar with brand and fit) then probably worth the risk. If not, and you are a frequent returner of online shopping, then run for the hills!

I think the review that said this company advertises and then shuts down is accurate. They do not answer phone call or emails and any good review is over a year old. Be warned, do not buy from them as they are suspect and not in London but in a trading estate.
