Upon investigation, we found an error at the Australia Post counter. The staff processed your order as a large letter, a rate not available in our online shipping system. We would never knowingly book a shipment on a cheaper service than what you paid. We will promptly refund the difference between the charged and paid shipping costs.

Fess the best.
Went into Mall Music today to have a new volume pot put into my Strat guitar. Old mate Fess, the best guitar tech out there, took it and not only did he fix the problem, he put in new vintage pick ups that make it sound incredible. It's never sounded like this before. He also reseated the neck to make the guitar sustain better and put in a whammy bar. All this done expertly for a reasonable price. What a legend. Thanks from Alan Matthews.

Mall Music need to get a new courier
Mall Music need to get a new courier... anyone using Couriers Please is doing a disservice to their customer. Took almost a week for my item to arrive when express shipping was paid for.
Mall Music were great when I rang them, but the couriers they choose to use reflect on them as a business, hence the lower score.
