I’ve been going to the Farringdon location for years. Have historically been pleased but the service has deteriorated and the fees are extortionate. I had a consultation for less than 60 seconds (after waiting 15 minutes post my appointment time) with a dentist I don’t normally see for an emergency visit and was told he couldn’t help. But that I’d need to book two further appointments with my regular dentist and charged a full consultation for the pleasure. Very short-sighted reaction from the practice and I’ll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Stuchlik and the Lancaster team have done an amazing job on my sons teeth and I am very grateful to them all. Thank you so much :)

Irina is a brilliant dentist. She always takes the time to listen to what you want and offers great advice. I highly recommend her! The dental nurses and other staff within the dentist are always helpful and very welcoming.

Brilliant dentist I wouldn't go anywhere else
Since I was a child I have had a fear of the dentist due to a bad experience at the school dentist.
I have been with my dentist for over 30 years. The take over was done with ease and the service is still great and personal.

I have always had an excellent experience at Malmim. Irina is my dentist and every treatment is pain free, and what she does is always perfect. She takes the time to explain everything that she is doing and ensures I am comfortable at all times. All of the dental nurses are so nice and make you feel at ease. I would never go anyway else for my treatment

I have used Irina for my botox and fillers for years and she does and amazing job.

She is so professional and listens to exactly what and how I want to look. I feel very comfortable and confident with irina and the work she does. I would 100% recommend Irina if you are thinking of having any cosmetic work done.

My daughter has had her braces on and in a short time her teeth are already looking amazing, nurses are really happy and welcoming and always accommodate.
Dr Zia is very thorough and Mel who has done her adjust appointments is very professional and pleasant

After travelling from Cumbria on several occasions to Lancaster only to be told the oppointment had been cancelled half hr beforehand as the orthodontist was off sick or still in Romania, then to be asked to come back following week to see someone else
When arrived the orthodontist refused to see my grandson as hadn’t been informed of the oppointment what a shambles this place is one dosent know what ones doing and the manager shouldn’t be in the job as hadn’t informed the new orthodontist of the oppointment needless to say I will be informing HEAD office about the shambles this practice is
We don’t live 5 mins away it’s a 80 mile round journey and the nearest place to where we live

Unpleasant experience.
Poor communication.
It was documented in my record that I consented to something that was never discussed with me.
Also charged me over 30% more than what I was originally quoted for my treatment.
My impression was that this practice put profit first and patient interest second. I struggled to trust this practice for more advanced and costly procedures so I cancelled future appointments.

I can see from google reviews that someone was prescribed with expired antibiotics, which doesn’t surprise me after my first visit experience at Malmin Manchester. There are so many other dental practices in the city and this one I certainly would NOT recommend.

Been a long time customer of the Malmin Farringdon dental team. Missed numerous appointments due to lockdown restrictions but attended today for a long hygienist appointment. Amy was fantastic explaining what she was doing while working on my teeth and making me feel at ease despite the intense cleaning. All questions answered and made to feel very welcome. I’m actually looking forward to my follow-up appointment! Great service!

I would avoid Malmin Dental Farringdon at all costs
The orthodontist is horrible
The price increased doing treatment and the dentist was very unprofessional
He made very inappropriate comments like I smelled good, asked if I had been lucky the night before due to skin glow, asked if I had any relationship problems etc. He also tried to make me pay for another set of aligners because my teeth were not straight at the end, but the aligners were not either.
The management handled the complaint so poorly, they did not take it serious and just told me to go elsewhere to finish my treatment
I now have to pay another clinic to finish of my treatment because I refuse to be assaulted by my dentist

Horrible horrible experience as a young woman to have. I was getting really scared to come to treatments and felt so unsafe that I wanted to bring my partner. This got declined by the clinic due to corona virus

I have made a complaint to the GDC and hopefully this will have consequences for the dentist involved

I been so busy last couple of years ' wich my dental care went down the hil ' i found out about Malmin dental while i was passing through. I went inside for routine check ' i found out i have some dental issue' they make a dental plan ' cost me Somnthing ' one off the best doctor a ever work with 'Dr M Talati ' i didn't fell a pain while he was working on my dental plan.

Im verry satisfying with the plan they made ' wich is verry affordably for me ' i know in london if you really wanna go for dental care it Verry expensive ' i didnt have no choice with this pandemic for going back home so i can have dental care ' wich the price are verry low compared to london dental care.
However ' im verry happy with what they done so far ' i will recommend Dr Talati ' one off the best i work with and china nurse wich shes allways asist Dr Talati while they work on my plan ( i don't know her name) anyway wonderfull team at Malmin dental .

Do not book online with this dental practice. Their booking system is useless and doesn't let the dental staff know when you've changed/moved an appointment. Despite flagging to them via their own system that I'd moved two appointments they rang me twice to ask where I was and were really quite abrupt with me. I've been attending this practice for over 13 years and have paid them thousands of pounds to them. Despite this the practice manager was so rude saying "you are going to turn up to these new appointments" as though my re-booking was some sort of aberrant behaviour and that I couldn't be trusted to attend the re-booked ones. I have decided to change dentists as whilst their dental care is good, they clearly don't take loyalty of patients into account. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else where they pay more heed to customer service.
