Used the trial pack in size 1 and they worked fine at birth. Bought a bigger 4x35 pack immediately, but once my baby was producing more urine they consistently leaked out the back. He was only 3kg a... Toon meer

Avoid!!! Terrible customer service if problem.
Terrible customer service when there’s a problem.
Recurring fault with size 3 nappies. Notified company immediately yet they kept sending me faulty batches where the base of the tab comes off nappy, leaving my little one soaked and the nappy hanging off. This happened with every nappy in eight packs!
Notified the company immediately back in January but they continued to send me the faulty batch. I had to cancel subscription and I’m now nearly £100 out of pocket.
The company expect me to return two 4kg boxes to the post office with a baby on my own?
Mama bamboo customer service were only going to credit £7 originally when pushed and weren’t going to investigate. They refuse to arrange collection of faulty items despite me sending pictures etc at their request.
I originally requested replacements as I was without any useable nappies and they’ve again refused. I now want a full refund which I doubt I will ever get.
I’m advised the company are in breach of consumer trading laws as the duty is on them to replace and collect if inconvenient to the consumer and trading standards are now notified/involved.
I had used these nappies since my little one was a newborn and had been very happy with the product.
However, I would avoid signing up to the subscription service due to the poor customer service if there’s a problem. If you must use this brand I’d buy through another store/organisation so you are protected.
It’s not right that they treat customers so poorly and are in breach of consumer trading laws.

I'm very sorry that you have had a difficult experience with the last delivery of nappies you received. I can assure you we take every complaint seriously and have followed up on your issues.
We have conducted stress and tension testing on nappies from the noted batch number but have been unable to duplicate the issue, hence why we requested you return some of the products to us, so we could test your specific packs. There is no evident batch issue.
We offered free returns labels and offered a refund if the packs are found to be faulty in any way. I am however sorry if this return is inconvenient to you. We do ask that customers drop returns parcels at a local post office or local DPD drop off point as these are usually fairly close and accessible. In this instance, we can however arrange a collection. If you would like us to arrange a collection of the nappies please email admin@mamabamboo.com and we will organise this as soon as possible. Once the nappies have been returned and tested, we will be in touch to arrange refunds for any packs to be found faulty.

Thank you for returning the nappies to us. I'm glad we could assist with the at home collection this time.
The open pack of nappies were put through several stages of testing:
Test 1 : Dry stress test - Applied strong manual pressure
Test 2 : Wet stress test - Soaked side tabs and applied pressure
Test 3 : Rip test - Exposed the side tab securing and ripped tabs off
Despite no issues being found we have issued you a refund for all the nappies including the packs used in their entirety and unreturned. I do hope this is satisfactory to you.
Great service
Great service, easy to order (& adapt orders). Great for the planet, compared to most other disposable nappies.

Excellent company and products
I get a subscription from mama bamboo and it’s easy to amend to different sizes or times of delivery. They are an excellent company and I’m glad to be using the best nappies for the environment. My son has never had nappy rash and they’re super absorbent. They also sent a Christmas gift of an eco friendly dinner set which we love and use.

Don’t use any other nappy for your precious babies bum
Super fast delivery and the product is of the highest quality. I wouldn’t use any other nappy for my son these are more than perfect. The fact they are environmentally friendly ticks an additional box.
