Would leave no stars were it possible - they took the money, never delivered the parcel, wont repond to my email, or online chats - they are ghosting to avoid returning the funds or delivering the parcel.

First time buying. Overall quality was great but one thing was missing from my gift but communication to send the missing the item was great and delivery was spot on.

Was bought a gift box when I was pregnant with my first baby and have consistently replaced products and bought for other pregnant friends. When I couldn’t see something on the website I sent a message and had a quick reply when stock was replenished so I could order again.

You did not advise of possibility of customs duty for posting outside of UK and did not include in pricing. Goods returned, awaiting refund.

Lovely experience. I bought a gift set for a colleague who was going on maternity leave and they loved it so much. It came in lovely packaging as well which was perfect for just giving to them with no need to wrap etc.
