We at Legacy Comps have been working with Mamba Marketing since February 2026 and can honestly say we are delighted with the standard of work they are doing for us on a daily basis that is helping take us to another level!

I am the owner of First Class Comps, and this review is based entirely on my direct experience as a paying client of Mamba Marketing.

Communication throughout was extremely poor. Responses were slow, inconsistent and often required repeated chasing. There was a clear lack of structure, ownership and clarity around what was being done.

My trust was also damaged when I was accidentally sent an internal email thread in which I was described as “not a big client.” The thread also discussed agreeing to website pricing in order to secure a longer contract, which raised serious concerns for me around transparency.

I was repeatedly advised to increase the size of my competitions so the advertising could perform better. I followed that advice and increased my spend, but the results remained extremely underwhelming.

Ad tracking was also inaccurate, making it difficult to properly understand performance or where budget was being wasted.

Overall, the communication, transparency, tracking and results fell far below what I expected from a professional marketing agency.

After many years of having the same old same style website we needed a full upgrade. To bring our brand and website up to date. From initial contact it’s been a breeze. Non pushy, very informative and very knowledgeable team.
They took my ideas, listened to every word and got to work. after a few weeks they had the most amazing up to date all bells and whistles website I’ve seen. Liam , who works directly with me takes all/ if any queries to the team and has them implemented with minimum fuss, has great ideas that I wouldn’t have thought about.
I would recommend any business to give this company a call. They have a full team that just gets on with the job in hand, and treat my business like it’s their own. Very impressed and would and will be happy to recommend Mamba marketing to any company going forward. My mistake was not making the jump sooner. Highly recommend

We worked with Mamba Marketing under a fixed contract. Our experience started off smoothly, but unfortunately, things became more difficult when we decided to exit.

While we’ve now completed the agreement, the transition out was stressful and disruptive to our business. I won’t go into details due to confidentiality, but I would recommend that anyone considering a contract with Mamba thoroughly reviews the terms, especially around cancellation, billing, and access.

Every business will have a different experience, but for us, this was a costly and frustrating one — and not something we’d want to repeat.

They built our website and it was really good, works and we are very pleased!

Awesome results, Mamba took on our recent sweepstake for our brand, they approached us via cold email, and explained how their sweepstake giveaway project works and that they could deliver us some amazing results and great levels of new users for our business and it worked very well!

The campaign lasted 12 weeks and the results have been fantastic, will definetly be working with them again.

What a fab company to work with! Running my own e-commerce brand I have always run my own advertising, I received an email from Mamba Marketing showing what results could be achieved for my brand so I reached out and I must say it’s the best thing I have done. Every step from onboarding to communications with the team and my account manager have been great. I am continuously aware of the next steps needed and my results have almost doubled compared to what I was previously bringing in. Highly recommend!

Mamba marketing facilitated a 4-hour location shoot for our sports brand, and captured loads of great footage to use as content on our website, social media & advertising. Lauren ensured all pre-work was clear & the brief was met by Anna, who did the filming & video editing. We were really pleased with some of the professional editing effects in the short form reels. Outstanding marketing agency! we have worked with 50+ agencies, some good some bad.

When we started working with mamba they were very honest and and gave us great guidance around our customer journey, they help us implement changes and did a full audit at no cost, which really showed us they were legit.

They then started producing content and UGC content for our product mainly to be used on IG and Tiktok, that worked well.

But the cherry on the cake for us was the ads, google, YouTube, meta, and tiktok, they are currently pulling a 27-1 return.

I signed up to work with Mamba early this year after trying to manage some ads myself previously and then having a long stint of simply not running any ads. Since March, my sales have improved month on month and show no sign of stopping. Rachael and the team are fantastic and are in constant communication regarding ad spend/planning, sales and ROAS figures. Having mamba on side to deal with my online advertising presence has been a huge weight off, and allowed me to focus on other aspects of my business that benefit most from my attention. Highly recommend!

Lauren has done an excellent job with our email campaigns. She got them up and running quickly, whilst turning over results very quickly too. She has a genuine interest in what she does and is passionate to get the best results. Her communication is always excellent, responds quickly and actions anything I ask as soon as she can. Even when I’ve been slow replying, she’s always politely nudged me again - something she doesn’t need to do, but shows she actually wants to see us as a business succeed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic company to work with. You often see that most marketing agencies aren’t true to their word. Not in this case, Mamba Marketing have excelled and have gone above my expectations.
