I have been with mamba for almost a year now and have had a great experience with the company. I joined with them in the start of the year after having a terrible experience with another marketing agency. Even with a small ad budget, I saw great results from the ads that were being run almost right away. Throughout the entire process there has been lots of communication with my Social Media Manager Antony. We worked together closely to tailor the ads for my business and he was a pleasure to work with. He took a very genuine interest in my brand to the point it felt like he was a member of my own team.

Most agencies are a very clear cash grab but from my experience, Mamba has not been like this. They genuinely have their clients best interests in mind and are open to changing things and accommodating your requests if it will help you out.

I would definitely recommend Mamba if you're looking to get started with an agency or are looking for a new one.

Mamba backed their promises and tripled our turnover in just 3 months! Simple consultancy lead process allowed me to get on with what I do best whilst the team worked their magic in the background - we started to see results within week one, by week 8 we had doubled turnover and tripled by week twelve. Not only did Mamba help bring new customers to my store, they also consulted me in how to keep these customers coming back! If you're looking to grow fast, then Mamba are the team for you!

Great business, mamba started working for us in early 2021, we struggled through the pandemic and required a boost in our digital marketing.

Jordan got in touch though a friend and we starting discussions on how Mamba could help us, Jordan provided many valid points we could improve on and he built us a bespoke marketing strategy that could take us forward.

It took a few weeks to get going but now we are averaging x15 qualified leads per week.

Working with Mamba has been a treat. They were friendly and took us step by step throughout the whole process. We were assigned Alex as our account manager and he was excellent. Was always available for any questions (even on the weekend!!!) and kept up updated on the advertising team's progress. Although we were not expecting it, they managed to start to get us sales within the first 2 weeks of running our ads and they are constantly amending and changing the ads as we move along and we can see the benefits.

I’ve sat on this for a little while, wondering the best way to write a review. Whilst I want to be honest, I also don’t want to slander. I have been stung a couple times by marketing companies - so was super nervous about trying again. In a nutshell, I wish I hadn’t. My personal opinion is that these guys are keen to make money, but lack the ability to relay simple information I feel is important - especially to startups without cash to burn, or those unfamiliar with the ad process.

I wasn’t expecting miracles - but I submitted some financial goals, which included ad spend and growth, and I was being real conservative in them. Whilst no-one can predict whether your product will sell, I was assured that my goals were very realistic, and that if I was to hit my targets, I would even be their lowest performer. These guys post images of ‘client results’ daily - some even say ‘first day’ or ‘first week’ - so as you can imagine, its what you then expect if that is what you are bing sold.

The ads only ran for a couple weeks in their defence - One sale would have been fine if I was aware that the system took time - but they eventually said they didn’t know why I wasn’t getting sales, and that time, trial and error was needed to build - which again would have been completely fine if I was prepared for it - but none of this was communicated to me in the first place. Only when I said lets stop and pulled their permissions did they say that it needed a lot of time etc.
When I came back and said, ok, no hard feelings, let’s keep going, they said no, contract cancelled, and charged me for the remaining months of retainer fees. They said the only way I could continue was to sign a 12 month contract - effectively squeezing me out. This was the part that really turned me off - everything else I could have worked with.

So for me, it was £1500 wasted on fees, and hundreds more on ads. That being said, it is my experience alone - that I am aware of. Maybe they do well for some for their clients, but if their communication was better, then I think we would be in a different pace. I cannot speak to ad results as we didn’t get anywhere, but I wouldn’t recommend them based on communication.
