My parcel was delayed and I was pretty annoyed bc I needed the soothing briefs after my c-section. Customer service was actually lovely tho, kept me updated and helped sort a replacement. Rare to get support that actually cares these days.

J'ai eu une très bonne expérience. Les produits sont très bien arrivés, sont de bonne qualité et seront très utiles dans ma récupération post-partum.
De plus j’ai commandé la mauvaise taille de ceinture de post partum mais le service client a su m’aider pour que je reçoive la bonne taille.

I got the mamabump postpartum belt belt doing some research. The belt provides good support to the back and is helpful in recovery after delivery.
The sizing guide definitely needs an update but overall good purchase.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor communication regarding my order. I ordered a pump three weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery.

I have sent several emails requesting a refund, but I have not received any response for the past six days. This lack of communication is very concerning.

If i could give 0 i would. They advertise delivery within 3-5 business days my order still hasn’t arrived tried to contact they haven’t sorted yet. It is misleading and faulse advertising

Did a review before but I will do another one. Got my panties quickly. Tried on a pair. Happy to say they were to large. Company stated they would send new size and no return. Pass the larger ones onto another Mom. Gracious. Thank you.

I bought the Luna + flange inserts. At first I was like ummm why is this not comfy lol, then realised I needed the smaller insert not a diff pump. Once I changed that it worked soooo much better. Glad it came with options.

Produit ne correspondant pas a la descritpion, service client absent et injoignable.

Aucune adresse en France et donc aucun moyen de les mettre en demeure. J'ai tenté de bloquer le paiement avec ma banque suite a cette arnaque mais il est impossible de bloquer le paiement suite au fait qu'il soit basé a l'etranger.

MAMA BUMP France n'est absolument pas basé en France.

Eviter d'acheter chez eux si vous ne voulez pas finir comme nous et perdre de l'argent.

I ordered and its been month and didn't received product.Contacted their support every single day but no response.Its really frustrated and its huge amount gone without aby purpose.Now I need to work with bank to dispute abd another frustrating process for new moms. Don't fall on rgis trap and other positive reviews might be from their team itself..Be aware

Mamma bump postpartum belly band is good in quality, breathable and easier to use!. A must have essential for all the mamma's out there.

Their services are good, prompt in replying and provide customer with ease of mind after their purchase ! They do offer free for exchange and timely delivery !

I ordered some items for the postpartum period 3 weeks ago now, and still haven’t received anything. No one from the company reached out to explain any delays, and when I contacted them I only received a clearly AI bullshit reply. This has been really upsetting as I was looking forward to receiving items to help me with my recovery from a c section, including heat/ice packs for my incision and heated breast pads for painful engorgement, as well as a breast pump and post partum underwear. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering: clearly a scam website and the positive reviews read as fake. Don’t order from this company! So awful that they are doing this to women who have enough to deal with pregnancy and childbirth and who are in a vulnerable position. Shameful.

Fast shipping tbh. I wasnt expecting it that quick. Ordered the silver cups and soothing briefs and they got here in just a few days. Big relief bc I needed them ASAP.

I had a very positive experience with Mummabump. Their team was prompt in responding to my enquiry and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout the process. They kindly offered to send a replacement belly band in a larger size, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of their belly band is exceptional. I would recommend sizing up, as I initially ordered my pre-pregnancy size. Highly recommend.

I ordered the breast bump which took ages to arrive. In this time, my milk dried up so I didn’t need the pump anymore. I did not open the package and emailed the company to ask if I can return it. I was given some nonsense reason about strict hygiene which is why they can’t accept a return which is ridiculous as the package is completely sealed and not opened. What’s more misleading is that they don’t make this clear on their return policy on their website and instead mislead customers to thinking they have the option to return it. I checked the policy before ordering in case I had to return it for any reason.

MammaBump is a scam website and I’d advise anyone to NOT purchase from them. Positive reviews surely are fake? Targeting woman at a pretty vulnerable time in their lives (pregnancy and postpartum) is a new form of low. Consider your hard earned $ gone if you buy with them and your ‘purchased’ items to not ever land in your hands.
Going to start a formal complaint / report against this company. I'd encourage anyone in the same boat to do the same!

I bought 2 pairs of soothing briefs and a belly band before I give birth through C-Section to help me in my post partum. I love the soothing briefs. The fabric feels nice and I feel comfortable wearing them. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size for the belly band though I followed the sizing chart. I reached out to the team and they helped me to get the replacement. The customer service is great.

I ordered the Mammabump belly wrap and the quality feels amazing. I ordered the incorrect colour and size and had to email their support team. They responded promptly and was able to assist me right away with a replacement! I can't wait to receive the replacement and wear it as I recover from my c-section. I also look forward to wearing this wrap as I begin my fitness journey again as it will give great support and compression!

I had bought a XL pair of soothing briefs from Mummabump. The fabric of the briefs seemed really comfortable but the size seemed too big for me. I ended up reaching out to the support team who were really quick to respond and agreed to send over the correct size for me within the next few days.
