I purchased the post partum briefs which are so comfy and soft - especially on my c section wound. I also ordered the belly band which is a little small - however mamma bump are sending a replacement out to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It seems I’ve had the same issues like everyone else ordering a pump. An AI email response that ‘Emma’ will be in touch. I ordered it 2 weeks ago (website said 3-5 business days)
I had to chase them through Instagram only to again be met with AI generated resources
I got tracking details today and to my shock, the pump is coming from China! I thought this was an Australian company!
I’ve a newborn and was advised to pump to get my supply up yet all I’ve been doing is stressing about receiving this pump. No refund has been offered just the ol ‘be assured it’s on its way’
Not even a reason as to the hold up!
Do not order the breast pumps from this company!

Had a delivery issue at first, parcel marked delivered but wasnt here yet. I emailed support a bit stressed and they replied super fast, actually looked into it and sorted it out the same day. Product arrived next day and the belly band has been great since.

Ne perdez pas votre temps à négocier avec eux par e-mail. Ouvrez directement un litige (chargeback) auprès de votre banque. C'est la seule façon d'obtenir un remboursement total sans payer des frais de retour exorbitants vers l'autre bout du monde. Ma banque a immédiatement bloqué le paiement face aux preuves de l'expédition depuis la Chine.
Articles surévalués, délais mensongers et politique de retour impossible.
Ce site pratique du dropshipping depuis la Chine alors qu’il laisse entendre que le stock est local. Quand j'ai demandé un remboursement, le service client m'a demandé de renvoyer les articles en Australie à mes frais (environ 30 € de port), ce qui est une tactique pour vous décourager de récupérer votre argent.

I would highly recommend Mamma Bump. The product was incredible, but even more standout was their service. I had a question about an exchange and they responded immediately (even outside business hours). Communication has been second to none.

I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company. I feel completely let down and misled, having paid for an order that has still not arrived. At this point, it feels as though my money has effectively been taken without providing the goods I paid for.

As a new mum in the postpartum period, currently on reduced pay, this situation has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I have spent money on an essential item and have been left without it, which has had a real impact on me during an already vulnerable time.

Customer service has been extremely poor. I am being completely ignored on emails and have received little to no response despite multiple attempts to make contact. The lack of communication is unacceptable and only adds to the frustration.

The company’s listed address is also misleading, as they appear to be based in Australia while presenting themselves differently on their website, including changing currency, which adds to the confusion. I have been waiting a significant amount of time for my breast pump, leaving me without essential equipment as a breastfeeding mother.

For a company that claims to support new mums, the level of service I’ve experienced has been deeply disappointing. Overall, this has caused unnecessary stress at an already vulnerable time, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

A fuir !!!!! Je ne connaissais pas du tout la marque, après un petit tour sur leur shop, j'ai trouvé qu'ils proposaient vraiment des articles intéressants.
J'ai voulu en faire profiter une amie en lui achetant une carte cadeau sur leur site fin janvier. Nous sommes actuellement fin mars, je n'ai jamais reçu de code par mail permettant à mon amie de pouvoir profiter de son bon ! Je n'ai reçu que des mails de confirmation de commande me confirmant mon achat. Je pensais recevoir une carte cadeau par la poste, ne l'ayant jamais reçue, j'ai contacté à maintes et maintes reprises leur service clientèle. Ile me disent que je dois recevoir un code par mail à pouvoir utiliser sur leur shop que je n'ai JAMAIS reçu ! Inlassablement toujours la même réponse de leur part : nous sommes désolé du désagrément, ils me renvoient encore et toujours le même mail de confirmation de commande sans code à pouvoir utiliser ! Résultat 50 euros jetés à la poubelle ! Merci Mammabump !

J’avais commandé une paire de culottes post-partum en M, mais la taille était trop petite. Bien que le délai de livraison était deux fois plus long, le service après vente s’est empressé de me proposer la taille plus grande. J’apprécie leur geste et les produits ont l’air qualitatifs. Je recommande le site.

The soothing briefs + gel insert combo was sooo nice after birth. I didnt expect to love the briefs this much?? soft, high waisted, didnt dig in. The cooling bit was chef kiss.

The size I ordered was wrong but the support team responded almost immediately, offering a solution, love good customer service!

Placed my order a week ago. Said it would be shipped in 24 hours and received in 3-5 business days. My order hasn’t been shipped, and I’ve sent three unanswered emails seeking an update. now have to dispute the transaction with my bank to try and get a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID!!!

Got the belly band about 10 days pp and honestlyyyy wish I had it sooner. Helped heaps with my lower back + just made me feel more “held together” when walking around the house lol. Not magic obv but def made me feel more supported.

I ordered the pregnancy support belt. Received the wrong size from what I ordered. I have been able to get in contact with support after a few days to organise a replacement in the correct size for free. They have also said to keep the wrong size and gift it to another mother instead of returning it.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my purchase from Mammabunp. Their customer service is truly outstanding they respond to questions quickly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I initially ordered a medium belly belt, which didn’t fit, but their team went above and beyond. They kindly offered for me to keep it as a gift for someone else and are sending me the correct size free of charge.

The products themselves are excellent quality, and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Mammabump to anyone 🩷

I ordered the Luna pump from them and it works great. Hands free, I can pump while holding my baby or getting stuff done around the house. I also ordered the postpartum belly band. I did order the wrong size, its hard to guess what size you'll be after baby. Messaged them on Facebook with a quick response, hopefully I will be sent the right size so I can start wearing it, it feels great quality!

Les delais de livraison ne sont pas respectés, 13 joirs ouvrés au lieu des 3 a 5 jours annoncés.
Service commercial qui est incapable de savoir ou est le colis.. pour finalement apprendre que l’article vient de chine..

J’aurais du regarder les avis sur trustpilot avant de commander car je suis loin d’être ma seule dans ce cas ! Je déconseille vivement ce site !

I ordered two of the bamboo breastfeeding bras and a medium and large pair of the soothing briefs. The sizes run small and the medium ones don't fit. The others appear good quality and I'm pleased with them.
My low rating is based solely on the returns policy. Customer service appeared helpful when I requested a return and replied to me quickly but they then couldn't provide me with an address to make the return to. They had to escalate my request to a manager just to get the address which was a bit odd. They also didn't provide a label or pay for any postage. To send this parcel, tracked (like they recommend) back to Australia from Scotland will cost me about £10, £4 less than the actual briefs, making a refund pretty pointless.

On 27/03 they kindly offered to send me a larger size of the briefs for free. This was generous of them and I appreciated it. I do still think their returns process could be better.
