Great fast service

Inspections arnt thorough and then they give you a low rating and when you question it they expect you to run round taking pictures and sending information that they should have got at their initial inspection.
Had a very poor service would not use again.
I’m getting a second inspection at my own cost

Straightforward booking. I contacted the assessor via text on Saturday and agreed a time for Monday between 12-1pm.
We meet at the property at 12pm, he checked all the rooms including the loft, checked the boiler, cavity wall insulation etc asking relevant questions.
The certificate and invoice was emailed to me by 5pm the same evening.
Competitive price.
Would recommend and use again.

Great service from start to finish; made the original phone call on Wednesday evening, came to assess the property Friday morning, had the invoice on Friday afternoon and the report 24 hours later. Fantastic!
