The EPC Man Reviews

Tried contacting EPC Assessor for Hastings
Kevin Pshenychka
Phone: 07494 174056
Did not respond within business hours. He sent me a text at 20:51. Very unprofessional. They are called mobile phones for a reason, they are bloody mobile. Answer your business phone or lose the business. You lost my business to a supplier that answered his phone and also charges more than you. You do not deserve to get business if you do not chase it within acceptable timeframe

I work for an estate agents and Rachael is always absolutely amazing at sorting out last minute EPC’s we need. Her kind and professional service is always appreciated.
Thank you Rachael!

paid invoice twice in error and refund has been refused by
Sam Spindler from Halesworth, Suffolk.

Richard was able to attend within a few days. He was swift, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him. £95 for a 5 bed detached was excellent value.

Would highly recommend Phil Todd if you need an EPC. The communication was great and he sorted out completing this really quickly with no fuss. Would definitely use again in the future. Thank you.

Matt Fay did my EPC this week. I chose him because of his excellent reviews and was not disappointed. He was prompt, very professional, and respected my home. He forwarded my EPC certificate the same day. I fully recommend him.

The report was delivered same day, clearly explained and updated on the .Gov database. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and hassle free EPC service.

Andrew the EPC Man was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish he was incredibly helpful and made the whole process completely hassle free.

I’d originally booked another company who promised to attend but didn’t turn up for two days in a row, which was really frustrating. I then found Andrew through another local online search and I couldn’t be happier that I did.

Andrew agreed a time, arrived exactly when he said he would, and promised to send the certificate the same day; which he did. He was professional, reliable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout.

The service was so smooth and stress-free that I honestly would have paid more for it. Thank you so much Andrew;I’ll definitely be recommending you and will be using your services again in the future.

Superb! Very thorough assessment and Michael was such a lovely guy. Polite, kind, respectful and competent. Would highly recommend.

Matt was quick to respond and book our inspection in, the work was carried out thoroughly and the rating received the same day. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough, he arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous giving a full explanation of what his report would contain before he left the premises.

MATT FAY was professional, prompt and courteous in providing our EPC. I would highly recommend him.

Kerry @ KS Estates

When I rang the call went onto the answering machine and I also got a text mssg saying the same as the recording, that he would get back to me within a specific time. Matt rang me back not long after and was very pleasant and we booked an appointment that was convenient for me. Oliver arrived bang on time on the appointment date, and I could only describe him as lovely pleasant lad who was very chatty and certainly knew what he was doing. No awkward moments, a lovely lad!

Great service would certainly recommend and would use in future. Many thanks again.

Matt was on time. Very efficient. Whole process from start to finish was very simple. Would definitely recommend
