Very pleased with service. Olly arrived as scheduled, completed the survey efficiently and forwarded the certificate promptly with recommendations on how to improve our property's EPC rating. We hope to improve our rating and when we've done so we would not hesitate to use the company again.

As a landlord, I needed a new EPC certificate, so I booked an appointment with The EPC Man. The booking process was quick and easy, and Olly came on time and surveyed the house thoroughly, noting all the energy efficiency upgrades I'd made to it. He's polite and friendly, a lovely guy, and he suggested some improvements for a better EPC rating. I would highly recommend The EPC Man and Olly to anyone who needs an EPC survey.
