Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

2 day job, conservatory windows, roof and doors.End of day 1,half a roof,no windows, workmen gone,no tarpaulin to secure the conservatory it was left open to the elements,it rained that night, conservatory floor wet and then muddied next day with workers shoes.Day 2,roof and windows installed, doors too big,we now have Sterling board where the doors should be, doors won't be ready for a week.something obviously dropped on the floorastheres now a hole in one of the floor tiles.Absolutr disgrace, shambles from start to (not) finish.

I recommend Manchester Window Factory. We have used them twice now. From the quote visit, survey and installation we were kept informed of progress. The installers arrived promptly, worked efficiently and tidily, cleared up and left everything tidy when completed.
Most importantly we are delighted with the quality of our windows. Thank you. We will be back when we are ready to replace more windows.

18 months ago, after looking at different companies, we chose MWF to replace our french doors. We were so delighted with the quality and appearance of the doors that we decided to replace all the windows in our house. If you are considering MWF then do not hesitate. There’s no hard selling, just sound advice on fitting and style and a fair price. The service provided is personal - you don’t feel you are dealing with an arms-length company. The fitters are polite, friendly, helpful and clearly take pride in both their workmanship and leaving things tidy after work has been completed. Our home has been transformed with the new UPVC windows which look amazing.

Manchester window factory went out of their way to meet our very tight deadlines and we received our bi folds and windows on the day we requested. Quality products and a professional fitting team, handling any issues with solutions and a calmness that personified manchester window factory as a leader in their field.

Really great service from start to finish, answered all my questions and were very patient as we made our choices. Install was extremely efficient and the team were kind and considerate. The windows look fantastic and we’ve received so many compliments. Would use again and highly recommend.

Having previously used MWF in our old house, we got the guys round to replace some windows in our new property. There is no messing about with sky high quotes that suddenly get slashed when you refuse them, just honest prices from the start. The quality of the windows and fitting is excellent, and they have already made a difference to the warmth and sound levels in our house.

Everyone we dealt with was really helpful throughout - we had several visits to the showroom and each time everyone was happy to discuss our requirements and explain the options. The fitters were excellent and we are really pleased with the final result. We would definitely use MWF again.

Extremely efficient installation and very clean and tidy. We wanted to retain the Edwardian appearance of the front of our house and these superb windows have done just that.

I've used MWF before and like before, the double glazing windows are excellent quality, and the sales and fitting service is professional and reliable.

Did what they said they would do, good communication, happy to sort out any issues after installation and hold final balance until all completed, all work certified.

Very pleased with my lovely new windows - quickly and efficiently fitted - thank you.

Excellent work done; team is professional and customer service is outstanding.

So pleased with our new front door. Great colour and lovely glass design. The fitters were very professional and we would really recommend this window firm for all your windows and doors. .

So pleased with our new front door. Great colour and design in the glass. Fitters were very professional and a good job done. A good firm to deal with - we would really recommend this window firm.

Fantastic service accommodating our specific requirements from day 1. The team took great pride in installing our new door and completing all building work within the agreed timescale. Highly recommend.

Recently had full set of windows fitted by MWF in a top floor flat. Unfortunately I had a holiday booked for their nearest available date however, I felt that I could trust them with the keys to the property so they could complete the works whilst I was away.

On return,I have found the property clean and tidy, and the work carried out was very neat and professional.

They had even installed some additional panelling around the external of one window that desperately needed attention, but I was dreading do to due to access issues. It's now lovely, clean and bright, and will hopefully never need looking at again!
Will definitely use these guys again

Great company to work with. A fair price, excellent product and installation, very good communication from start to finish. Thank you MWF.

I had interior doors fitted by MWF and they look great. Service provided throughout from receiving quote to the day of fitting was efficient, friendly and professional.

Upgrading our windows has been on the 'one day' list since we first moved into our home over ten years ago - and almost as long trying to find one we liked! We knew we wanted a modern window, but one that had all the fine lines and refinement of an original; one that looks like it's always been there. Needless to say, the lads at MWF nailed the brief, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. They've been great to work with every step of the way, answered all our stupid questions, and any problems ironed out without fuss. Our only regret is that we've already replaced the front door relatively recently, so don't have an excuse to work with this amazing team again!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a company to supply and fit some sash windows but after a chat in the showroom, I knew this was the right place. Evident the team had a vast amount of knowledge and answered all my questions/concerns. Ended up going with the heritage sash and they’ve been installed this week, very impressed. Finally, the installation team were superb, arrived promptly on the expected days and left very little to no mess behind.
