Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

Recently had new windows and doors from MWF.
I chose the company as I had been looking for some authentic looking & functioning sash uPVC windows and I am delighted with them and the flush fit casements. The new doors are perfect with MWF getting a surprise bespoke stained glass design for the fan light window, i keeping with the glass design in the front door.
The company went above and belong with all my requests. The fitters were excellent, hard working, polite and respectful of my property - great installation.
Thanks to all

Very good professional service from competitive quote to final installation of garage window. Great team who were helpful and professional. Work completed quickly and on time. I would recommend this company and use their services again.

Very easy to deal, able to fit our new front door much sooner than first suggested. Really pleased, the door and window looks fanastic and makes a huge difference to the front of the house. the lads did a great job with fitting, only 3hrs ish start to finish. Will definitely use these guys again.

The initial quote was very good. Communication very good throughout. The fitting took slightly longer than initially thought but that was ok. there is a little pointing that could have been done or done better above the big kitchen window. one bug bear was no keys were left and I had to make a couple of phone calls to get them delivered. On the whole a good job... just those couple of small points.
Would recommend.

First class service. Communication was good throughout, fitters were very clean, tidy and efficient. Would have no hesitation recommending this company and will be having them back to replace remaining windows.

I was recommended MWF and having used them this week I have happily recommended them to others. I have been impressed by all I have dealt with at MWF and thier reliability, communication and overall service. I'm very happy with my new windows and the fitters made it so easy and were so helpful. Thank you to all at MWF.

Second time we’ve used MWF - both times been impressed with professionalism and quality of work.

Extremely friendly and professional service from start to finish i highly recommend and will use again if required. Arrived promptly amazing build quality and absolutely no mess left behind. I’m an elderly lady living in my own and was made to feel very comfortable.

From start to finish, a really professional service which we can't fault. Since entering the shop in Altrincham / Broadheath, having a chat about costs, the surveying, the installation and some minor fixes, we have felt like we could trust MWF and they definitely pulled it all off! Thank you to a great team, who throughout the process, were extremely communicative and easy to talk to.

From start to finish it’s been a pleasure. The guys are easy to talk to and guided us through what we needed and suggested alternatives. We were so nervous as it’s a big investment and after a lot of reading reviews and research and meeting the team we bit the bullet! Over the moon with the results. The workmen were a pleasure to deal with. They promised curb appeal and that’s what we got. Happy we made the right decision to go with these guys and will use again. Fabulous sash windows that I only ever dreamed of having. Thankyou .

Fantastic service from start to finish, professional, prompt and great craftsmanship. We would highly recommend this company for your windows!

Highly Recommend this company. Efficient, kept you up to date with all arrangements and work of very high standard.

The windows look great. From the beginning to the end, the company have been fantastic to deal with, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

My windows were fitted last week. I am so pleased with the finished product. The guys who fitted my windows were amazing. They left the place nice and clean each day and were very polite. I would definitely recommend Manchester Windows Factory to all.

I purchased the heritage aluminium French doors and they look fantastic! Mick came to my home a few weeks after I left a deposit to survey the area. He then returned a few weeks later to fit the doors with a colleague. He was on time, professional, tidy and friendly. Excellent service!

Great service from initial consultation, to survey and fitting. We had a big wooden Edwardian window replaced with a slimline aluminium and MWF even replaced our window sill that wasn’t part of the initial quote, but due to the differing depths of the different windows, patching the gap wasn’t possible. We’d been previously let down by another company who had done a botch job on other windows at the back of the house and ran off with our money and without the bay window, so MWF did a great job of matching up the two jobs.

Very helpful, windows fitted quickly and no mess!

MWF were recommended to me by a friend, and I'm very pleased I used them to replace my front door. Everything was explained clearly in advance, the guys turned up on time and did a clean and tidy job. It looks really smart and stylish.

Great windows, great team.
