Staff attentive and helpful. If you want cheap glasses - then give them a miss. Expensive but have to say best fitting pair of varifocals I’ve had in many a year.

Terrible service girl chewed chewing gum with mouth open my glasses cost no more than £130 she hit me with £450 i was flustered and had to haggle her ver glades. I said I did not want hearing test gave me one anyway then said she would book me in for appointment I then repeated I did not want one. I fell it was all about how much more money they could make than anything. They said there glasses were so expensive because if charges for lenses. I have since gone to Asda got two pair lovely bifocals for £25 for both as I was entitled to vouchers. They did not advise I could take my prescription elsewhere. Now after numerous conversations they have not t contacted me. Don’t go there

I was approached by Millie and decided to book a sight and hearing test. I found Millie to be very professional, helpful and friendly.

The Willows store in Torquay, Devon have sorted me out and the reason for being so slow in submitting feed back is that I can even see the puck used in the Ice hockey that was on during the Winter Olympics! That's the first time in donkeys years! Special thanks to Naomi who served me so well and Mark who sorted out a receipt copy that I had misfiled!

The staff were particularly helpful with my mother. The venue is welcoming, bright and airy which is a nice change to usual cramped opticians in town.

From the initial eye & hearing test to the help in choosing my frames. Was so happy. The price was so reasonable for 2 pairs of glasses. I ordered one pair for reading & one for distance. They advised me on varifocals, but stupidly I opted for 2 pair different lenses. After 2 days realised I was so wrong. Went back to the Kingston team, who understood & fitted me for varifocals. Been using the new lenses & I am so happy ! Can see the tv properly .
Whole process is seamless & even with a lens change the price is still so reasonable.
Going back next month for my sunglasses

Extremely helpful team at Exeter M&S opticians. There service approach to the customer is exemplary.

From the moment I arrived everyone was so efficient and helpful.
I didn’t need an eye test as I had recently had one.
I was given help choosing frames , lens etc, with no pressure whatsoever.

The service is great & helpful friendly staff. The Opticians is never overly busy and the eye & hearing testing is thorough. It's nice to that all the checks are being done & it's a relaxed environment.

Nothing to much trouble

A fabulously positive experience from check in to the test itself. I would heartily recommend anyone considering to use M&S for their eye sight test to not hesitate and go to the store. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, courteous and diplomatic. A credit to the organisation itself.

Both Erin and Callum have been really helpful and very patient helping my 84 year old mother choose new glasses. Nothing was too much trouble and highly recommend them

Greeted and sat down, told what would happen during the eye test. Staff were very friendly.

I’ve been with my regular optician for 20 years after my optician retired I was not happy with the results for the last year my glasses did not feel correct. After being recommended M&S I went to check out my vision … yes my glasses were not correct I also suffer with dry eyes which was explained and how to treat them. Yes the treatment has worked and I look forward to my new glasses. From beginning to purchase I feel confident these will be fine. Also à hearing test thrown in free and free back of eye photo. Head off to M&S optician you won’t be disappointed

Really helpful friendly staff with great knowledge and understanding. The glasses are good quality for reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them and I have no hesitation being a repeat customer.

We are never disappointed with the excellent service given by the staff at M&S Opticians Canterbury particularly by Jacolyn and Rowan patient ' charming and capable young ladies

I was looking for a compromise between normal prescription and sunglasses and staff recommended transitional lenses. I had tried these before with poor results but was prepared to give them another try. The type of lenses provided perform exactly as described and I could not be more satisfied !
