Excellent communication throughout and my sign came out perfect!!! Highly recommend.

The only order we placed was for an office sign, a portion of which was of poor quality. Despite contacting the company multiple times and being assured that the issue would be resolved, no solution was ever provided

The craftsmanship is incredible—solid, flawless, and beautifully finished. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated from start to finish. We even made a mistake on our end, and they graciously remade it for us. Fast turnaround, great communication, and a product that met expectations unlike other cheap companies. Highly recommend, and will definitely use them in the future!!

My husband loved the neon sign that Manhattan Neons made. It's a perfect addition to our finished basement. It's bright and I love the color (ours is green)

The sign was fantastic. Really, as nice as I had hoped and honestly, top shelf. Was cut beautifully, and is SUPER bright. Kudos.

The remote works well but the junction box was total crap. After 3 uses it crapped out and when I wrote to the MN associate for a replacement, she just ignored me.

I gave 4 stars; would've loved to give 5 (had they sent associated parts as good as the actual sign) or even 4.5 based on the associate ignoring me, but since that's not an option, I gave 4.

Everything was exactly as I ordered! Customer service was super quick with answering questions and making edits. I'll definitely use them again!
