Great communication during the sales process and the product is great. If I HAD to find one issue it would be that batteries are not included with the remote.

What made our experience so great was that we had originally submitted a low-resolution logo, and they still created a sign for us. When we reached out about the quality, they sent us a brand-new sign within a week featuring the high-definition logo. Truly an amazing experience!

I contacted Neon on demand, looking for a sign for the interior of my shop.
They responded promptly, with 2 designs from the brief I'd given.
I gave the dimensions of the wall, asking for advice on size, so the sign would not be lost, or look too big.
I requested expedited production and delivery- I ordered this at 3pm on a Friday, and took delivery on Tuesday afternoon.
My sign is exactly what I asked for, and accurate to the mock up sent. It is fantastic quality- I've seen signs from places such as amazon & they just don't compare!

I contacted the website then spoke through WhatsApp, sent over logo and details which they then gave recommendations and previous signs to compare from - the draft picture they sent of sign looks exactly the same as in person. Very prompt and reasonable pricing for the quality of product highly recommend!
