The product is awful! I think because of how cheap it is costs! It chips so bad. The nail polish to set the powder smells so bad my eyes water when I’m using it! The colour pigment is really good l like that! But the applying process the powder doesn’t even stick on well you have to do so many layers even with that it still chips doesn’t last long! It’s ruining my nails cause it just falls of! I should have read reviews first but here we are! Also the product isn’t even based in UK it comes from china!

My 11 year old daughter managed to buy a box while I was away from my computer. I contacted the company when I began to get the notifications in my email. I told them NOT to send it and to cancel the order right away (no way am I giving this to my daughter, she was very naughty to order it also). I contacted them almost immediately after my daughter did this. I sent 3 emails. They did not reply and are still sending me the box. So, I can conclude they have zero customer service. I will now have to do a bank cancellation on funds and refuse the package. Terrible company.

Update - The company decided to reply to me today and told me as I had not asked for a refund within 12 hours of ordering they cannot help me. So I sent them the proof I had asked for the refund within 30 minutes of the order being made. They ignored my proof I sent and sent me the same generic email saying I had not requested cancellation within the 12 hours window. Again - I sent the screen shot proof of the email I sent 30 minutes after order had been made. Will now have to do charge back, which is a hassle. Do not use this company. Terrible customer service. I feel as if they didn't even read my email. But the bank will.

I don’t even want to give one star. This company is a shambles. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Product is displayed in a presentation box. Fact: turns up in a small jiffy bag with a bit of bubble wrap so you couldn’t give as a gift. Two pots of powder had already been opened and had been half used. So had the base coat. I contacted the company immediately to complain. Eventually they got back asking for photos which I supplied. Then heard nothing for weeks. Then another email asking for more photos. Then I heard nothing for weeks. Then another email saying they were reviewing. Then nothing for weeks (despite constant fasteners). Now I’ve just been told (4 months after initial contact) that I’m outside the 14 day returns period. Utter shambles. Trading standards will have a field day with this poor excuse of a company. Even though it’s registered as a .co.uk company it Isnt.

If I could give 0 I would...awful product they signed me up for repeat delivery after I distinctly and repeatedly said not to! No customer service...rotten company

I've received this product today and put it on same day. When I receive the package it was very cheap looking, bubbles wrapped and nothing more. The packaging of the products felt cheap and light. Once using the product following the YouTube video I found that the 1st coat can warm up and feel hot on the nail/skin. Putting the nail in the dip is easy enough and the powder doesn't stick to the skin much, very easy but if you haven't done step 1 probably you may have streaks missed patches or even bubbling from too much product. But step 3 is just the top gloss easy to do not too strong of a smell. I tried removing it 5 mins after application to see how easy/hard it is to remove. Sadly it doesn't just strip off with nail polish remove u will need cotton wool and soak the nail and slowly strip it off the nail. It took me about 5 mins to get all off.
Overall my first impression of the product isn't bad easy enough a little worrying with the warmth of the 1st coat and the look after application is all about your own skill of applying nail varnish. All that being said I am happy at the moment and will update after a few days to give feed back on how long they last.

My nails were gritty, and catching on things. And the sparkle powder??? Everywhere. Would not recommend.

Awful. The products arrived in inappropriate packaging that was vastly different to the website. The activator bottle was empty, two powders were already open and one was the wrong colour. I was also missing a file from the set I purchased. Customer service is so bad! They don’t reply to emails and then they finally reply telling you that it’s past 14 days so therefore they can’t do anything to help you! They delay replying till you are effectively out of time. I’ve sent multiple emails and Instagram messages, requested a phone number and returns address and haven’t had anything other than ‘it’s too late’.

Non-existent customer service. Rubbish product. It’s a con. Barely sent any activator so you have to order another bottle after three sets of nails. False economy. Impossible for me to produce a good result as powder collects at bed of nail, even after brushing. You’re better off avoiding this one. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

False advertising when item would arrive, I emailed to complain, and emailed again for refund. They have ignored the email. The packaging was a joke the product wrapped in bubble wrap no box. Terrible experience.

It simply didn't do as it said. When you did get the nail polish to go on decent enough to wear, it chipped really easily. I was also emailed about another monthly order which I didn't subscribe to. Followed the link to subscription and guess what - there is nothing there! Now emailed them and removed my card details.

I took ages to come. When it came it was wrapped in bubble wrap. No box, no instructions nothing. I don't find it good value for money at all. Too expensive. I will try it today to see if i can give it mire than 2 stars. Very disappointing.

This has been a terrible and ongoing experience with this ‘company’. I ordered a premium set of dipping powders and was delivered a set wrapped in plastic and not as ordered and paid for. I contacted the company twice before they replied a week later sending photos etc to them to verify everything and more delay to respond by them so I took matters into my own hands and returned the set by tracked delivery. I have now been told that I will not get a refund as this was out with the 14 day return period so this company have the product I returned as well as my money. I will now go through my bank to recover the money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they are TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY.

CON ARTIST ALERT !!! This company are scammers !!! Took my money, like many of the reviews below and refused to provide returns address for refund… I had to contact my bank to dispute their payment and get my money back that way. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CHINESE SCAMMERS FAKE PRODUCTS

What an awful company!! I admittedly didn't read the reviews before my impulse buy, and knew before I received the product 2 weeks after ordering that I would be returning it. It arrived in a padded bag, with the items wrapped in bubble wrap, no box, no instructions.
I emailed immediately upon receipt of the package to ask for a return address as per their policy, and got a response back two days later that I had to provide a reason - which I did. After that, I got ghosted for about a week, during which time I kept sending emails on top of each other showing the trail. One was replied to, stating I needed to contact customer services to ask for a return address - I'm not even making this up, it's like some comedy show! I eventually got an email back yesterday, stating that the 14 days return policy had elapsed and that it was too late to make a return!! Well just wow! Can't say I was surprised after all the ignored emails, so have just had to suck it up and accept that I was scammed.

I do not normally do this, as I have never had issues with past shopping experiences, however, this has been a dreadful experience for me.
I placed an order at the beginning of June, and they very promptly, took money from my account. I have not seen any of the goods I ordered. We are now in mid August.
I will not recommend this company to anyone. Please be very careful, I would hate for anyone to be out of pocket as I have.
There is no contact telephone number, just an info email address which I find to be dreadful customer service!

Love this product, took a while to arrive but no chipping even after gardening and cleaning. Would love to order more colours but shame they aren’t uk based so will have to wait.

get here - but the packaging survived fine. Instructions were clear and easy enough. Time consuming - but isn’t a salon mani also time consuming. I was pleased w results! I am hopeful this will help me stop chewing my fingernails 🥴

Just awful! Stay well clear! I ordered a set of the powder nail filler and a few different colours of paint. When the order arrived it was in terrible packaging and no care had been taken. The products were very cheap looking. Tried them on one nail and the quality was poor. I contacted customer services that same day via the email address given on their website and did not receive a response for weeks. Despite chasing. Several weeks later I receive a response by email telling me that because I’m now of the 14 day return period I cannot return my order.

Do not bother honestly. It’s really not worth your time or your money.

Please DO NOT bother ordering from this company. I ordered almost a month ago told me twice it’s on the way and when it doesn’t arrive tell me I have not made the colour choice yet, then a week later tell me they need the colour code not the name . Replies come 3-4 days later. Still waiting no nail kit and refusing to refund my money.
