No customer service!
Place my order thinking it was a uk company, my bad I should have checked, I order from
China all the time and it’s not a problem but was not expecting it to take almost 2 weeks to arrive. Ordered a kit and a removal kit, was charged for both, waited 2 weeks. The package arrived, no box, the pictures on their website showed it all comes in a nice box, but it doesn’t. Was not too bothered about that and the product it seems ok, I’m a beginner and just learning but they didn’t send the removal kit!
Sent 2 emails to ask for the refund and no one replied! So far no contact from them.

My order arrived in a cheap bubble wrap bag. I have used the product once and it stared peeling off within days. This product is not as advertised. Very disappointing.

So wish i had read all these negative reviews before i wasted my money.
I too email them to cancel my order and was told i couldnt but i can keep the goods and get some money back or wait for the product then return for full refund, told them id have the full refund, they emailed back saying ok wait for the package and let us know then we will tell you how to return.
I have sent loads of emails and no response. I too was in contact with ANNA, so stuck with this crap which after reading reviews will never use.
PLEASE DONT BE A FOOL LIKE MYSELF.
Lets get this company taken down and stop using them

Good luck trying to return these cheap Chinese sets. Told them a day after I submitted my order that I have changed my mind. Although the order was just being processed they told I can return it once arrived or I can get a 50% refund on the order and keep the products. After long conversations with them decided to leave the hussle of returning them and get the 50% refund. Just to be clear, these products will not be used and go straight to bin. Save yourself the hussle. I am VERY precocious when it comes to online orders but this one slipped and I’ve not checked it properly. Joke. I will try and sort it with Klarna now.

I recently bought the starter kit, OMG what a waste of money. I have used it once, it was easy to apply. Removal not as easy as they say, when I removed it, my nails are in a worse state than when I have gel nail polish on my nails.
My nails are soft, and very dry. One of my nails has a green patch on it, so hoping and praying that it is the start of a nail infection.
Will never use again, a total waste of £30.

Good colours but the brushes are very cheap so very difficult to get a good finish.

Disappointed with the complete lack of service. I placed an order but for reasons I will keep to myself I am trying to cancel it before it ships I might add. It appears that when you buy something they are all over you like a rash, if you want a refund you never hear from them. I've tried sending emails, making a comment on the Facebook ads (of which there are plenty) but nothing. Not impressed

Another zero for this company. 6 days ago again this company emailed being apologetic again, but this time stating that my refund was on my way to my account and is "Hopefully this will reach you very shortly, if not already." Well no surprises that money hasn't arrived! What they want me to do is reengage with their pointless emails stop reporting them to all of their social media platforms or any other place I see them advertising and stop up dating.

Don’t bother falling for this trap of a product. I brought it thinking it would be brilliant but after reading all the bad reviews, i instantly regretted my decision. I emailed them asking for a refund which they said they would “partially” refund me. They promised me a refund which has taken over a month to now “sort out”. I got emails from “Anna” promising me their team would be “looking into the refund” for me but really they are just putting off doing their job. Don’t bother.

if it would allow me too I would give 0 stars and a health warning! DO NOT USE especially if you value your health and your nails! I have used this 3/4 times I was happy as it appeared to show a good result... BUT then it all went down hill .. apart from it taking over 2 hours to for it all to finally come off even though I followed instructions my BIGGEST WARNING IS IT ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS YOUR NAILS! I will never use this again I should of know by the smell and at first I didn't realise I seemed to get a bad chest and cough after using it but that cleared within a day but after nearly 3 weeks of not using this stuff my nails are peeling .. they 1st went soft and appeared to have marks allover it almost looked like tiny slice marks .. now from where the marks are my nails are just peeling in layers on the top allover I just hope it doesnt go deep enough to cause infection..I am devastated to tell the truth ..my nails use to be healthy and grow lovely I have never been to a salon as I was worried it would eventually damage them but..now they are just traumatised and disintegrating by the day the nail repair products I am now using are not making a difference I just hope in time they will return to how they use to be .. please take my warning before it happens to you DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT...even the base coat smells like superglue all 3 liquid products smell chemically really strong

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Product is cheap. Tried to return following their online return policy. Have been waiting for a refund for over a month now!! I have received emails from “Anna” which are just delaying tactics. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Buyer beware. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT YOUR ISSUE IS AND NO MATTER WHAT THEIR POLICY STATES. You order will arrive in a scrap of bubble wrap, no box no instructions, with a luttle piece of tape holding it together. A quick look on Companies House after I became suspicious was an eye opener, there is no hiding for the directors whose names are there along with a front of office address. This is a zero star review. After 16 emails mostly mine during which a person calling themselves Anna had agreed a refund I now realise it was a delaying tack tick. No refund happened but there were a number of delaying silences, followed by an apology and another reasurance. I gave the company a 36 hour timeline that they agreed to but no refund came. My last email I gave one final chance with a 4pm deadline today before I reported them to all social media platforms along with reviewing platforms including Trustpilot and Google. It is unfortunate that this company has chosen to behave in this manner, so I have made Trustpilot my first review. I am prepared to give updates if I receive a positive correspondance from the company.

I love this product!
Yes it came in a jiffy bag but the products inside were not broken or damaged and the instructions can be found through a QR code on the back of the box. Also the instructions can be found on their webpage before purchase too, so I had all of the information before I bought it. I have no complaints about the time frame for the Manicista kit to get to me. It was about 2 weeks and I got notifications the whole way through to say it was on the way.
For my work I can't wear nail polish. I can wear gel nails and shellac nails but honestly I couldn't be bother trying to get appointments etc so when I saw this kit I thought it would be perfect for me and it really was.
The instructions were so very easy to follow and the kit is SO easy to use and it does not take long at all. 4 steps is all it takes per finger nail and yes for the first few tries, I had some sharp edges but as I got used to using the product I was able to create smooth edges with the brushes. I never had any bumps or mishaps with the product either and it dries so quickly I couldn't believe it. I had one nail chip but that was down to my own human error and over applying product and it was the first nail I did. Once I re-did it, the nails lasted long and they were complimented by my colleagues. There were no issues with chipping or anything when baking or cooking or washing dishes or my daily tasks in work at the computer or during the day.
I was a bit concerned at how hard it would be to remove the product and once I properly followed the instructions, by using the warm water and cotton wool soaked in nail polish remover in the bag, they came off so easily and there was no damage to my nails at all.
The instructions are very clear and everything comes in the kit that you need.
I couldn't recommend this product enough to someone who wants to have lovely polished nails and not have to go to the salon every 3 weeks. I paid €50 for a kit and personally I think it was worth it. I am so excited to try more colours and buy more colours to use now that I have seen how easy it is. And its going to be a dream for toe nails too, never mind finger nails.
I appreciate everyone has their own views and that's ok, but for someone who never had an interest in their nails but wanted to try something themselves, I adore this kit and its perfect for someone who wants no nonsense easy to use nails at home.

Yet another disastrous purchase from Instagram! Horrible product, it doesn’t give an even finish, has left my nails with sharp plastic-y edges. Save yourself £30 and do not order!

Really horrible product. This is the last time I'll ever buy anything advertised on Instagram. Delivered in a horrible jiffy bag. Took ages to arrive. Product itself is of very very poor quality. No instructions - you have to download them. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Absolutely dreadful product! I was so excited to try this after I saw an advert on Instagram. It looked so quick and easy to apply but I was soooo wrong! Even though I followed the instructions to the letter, all of my nails ended up looking such a mess and my fingers were covered in pink powder at the same time! I have added some photos to show you the end result of my 'manicure'. Really not impressed at all and even though I've messaged the company twice now for my 30 Day Money Back Return, I have yet to receive a reply therefore the 30 days will now have passed! Very unhappy and will certainly not purchase again.

One start is too much for this product.
Honestly, don’t buy this. Had to wait a month for it to arrive and when it do it was in a Jiffy bag and the product was wrapped in bubble wrap.
Tried it anyway. The bottles were half empty and when I did my nails it looked dreadful. Taking it off was difficult and ended up having to soak them and scrape the remaining polish off, damaging my nails in the process. They will NOT refund so save yourself the bother and don’t order it in the first place.
I usually never order anything without reading the reviews first. Big mistake here. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
