Colour's are lovely and yes it's very easy to apply, however it chips extremely quickly,faster than normal nail varnish which is a real shame.

Came in good time, yes in a bag but who cares? Really easy to use if you follow the instructions that are emailed to you, mine look great and colours are gorgeous. Got the whole set for only a few pounds more than going to the salon so it’s a win win for me.

Order should have been delivered before Christmas, and failed their date. This was a gift for a friend.
I emailed their customer support to return the order, and heard nothing, so had to go through PayPal before I got a response.
So far, they are offering a deal of 70% off to keep the products, which I have explained to them in the 4 emails that I’ve sent, that I cannot use them, and do not want them. Their last correspondence asked what deal I think would be good so that I do not have to pay to send the items back.
I am well within the 30 day return/refund time, and the bubble wrap that it came in has not been opened. As I have already lodged a dispute via PayPal, it feels as though I’m going to have to wait it out.

I haven’t received the item but have already had a negative experience with this company.
I purchased the item after seeing it on Instagram on Sunday. But after reading reviews I decided to contact them to request a refund. This was two days later and due to Christmas the item hadn’t been shipped so foolishly I assumed they could cancel the order and reading their returns and cancellation policy could not see an issue (14 day cool off and not been despatched) However it appears not, and they are adamant the order still has to be processed so I will have to contact them to return the item when it’s received. This is a con - they hope when you get it you won’t be bothered to return it and I can only imagine this process will be difficult and the buyer will have to pay for returning it!!
Buyer beware - don’t deal with company. I wish I hadn’t.

In my experience I’ve wasted my money and probably done untold damage to my nails. Poor quality varnish and accessories. Strong chemical smell when applying. Arrived in a Jiffy bag within 2 weeks of order. Instructions only on bottles which you need a magnifying glass to read. Poor finish.Very difficult to remove. Colours that arrived do not look the same advertised. Gone in the bin!

This product is awful, took ages to arrive, then was just loose in a jiffy bag, no instructions. Its easy enough to apply and goes rock hard. Not a perfect polished finish as shown on line and is near impossible to remove. Its ruined my nails. Going straight in the bin.

States a UK company IT IS NOT items shipped from China. Paid for express delivery still waiting item is still in China! Cannot comment on product as not received as yet! Will update …

Pros :-Not expensive .Cons: -Rather messy, not in a box in a jiffy bag and base coat smells like superglue..

Main points. Product arrived in a Jiffy bag, so yes less appealing than a nice boxed product. But, each item was correct and I’ve given it a go. Following the online instructions.
The results look fab!
There is a very strong smell though, so I’ve only done 3 nails to see how I get on with removal when needed.

I didn’t read initial reviews before ordering. So I was nervous when the kit arrived.
For some back story, I have previously used a lamp and done gel nails on my nails (that was over 12 months ago, as I developed an allergy using all the best rated products at the time!)

Hoping I can add photos, I’ve used the Narcista dip on my thumb and ring finger, and just a similar colour nail varnish on other nails.

I ordered the starter kit , they sent it to the wrong address even after confirming the address,came delivered in bubble wrap and envelope no gift package as shown when ordering , something has leaked smells terrible, I've messaged them for 2 days with no response and it took 10 days for delivery, it just looks sooo cheap , completely ripped off

Used the products and I am absolutely blown away. So easy to use and do and so much cheaper than having to go to the salon. I will definitely recommend and buy again!

Update: Manicista finally agrred to fully refund the order. After emailing back and forward and getting nowhere, I was passed on to "seniour colleague" who apologised and authorised the refund. A bit of "bad cop-good cop" game, I think. Manicista, you could skip right to this part after my initial email, save yourself bad review and disgruntled customer. But never mind, refund is received. Happy to update to two stars to acknowledge this. However, because of all the stress and emailing and fighting with them, I absolutely do not recommend this company. On my opinion, steer well clear.

Fraud. I bought a dipping powder Essential kit for £29.95 ( Order #32643) for my daughter and my mother's Christmas presents. The page clearly shows and STILL shows a picture of the gift box, file, and brush, and a note on the picture says, 'includes everything you need. ' Paid. Then, I checked reviews that said brush and file never arrived. I contacted Manicista, and they said that those items were definitely not included. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The actual content of what is included is hidden down the page for the smartphone version and non-existent for the laptop version of their website. You should not include pictures of non-existing products. This is a fraud by the definition of any country.

I then asked Manicista for a refund and told them I did not need those items. I went with SassySaints, who offered twice more items with accessories and boxes. Manicista replied that they dispatched the order and cannot do a full refund but are happy to provide me with a partial refund. Really? Not even 24 hours have passed between the time I ordered and I asked for cancellation! The tracking info states the order was dispatched after I contacted them.

But then they said they would issue a refund if I returned the items to them at my expense. I don't think so. I think you do not understand the whole extent of the problem. What will happen is that I will take you to court for breaching consumer rights and knowingly misleading buyers. I also think you will be paying much more in court fees than if you had the decency to cancel the order and issue a refund as requested. I have screenshots of the product page with the misleading photos. I also have screenshots of the tracking page showing you dispatched, knowing you should not be.

No need to reply here that your reached out to me and issue is solced because it is not solved as of now.

Some bad reviews about Manicista dipping powder nails.
I received my order on time.
Was sent 2 of base coats, instead of 1 base coat and 1 top coat.
Emailed customer service. They got back to me really promptly, so waiting for the top coat.
I couldn’t complain, as I feel customer service really good.
Looking forward to using the product. I expect it will take a few times using it to get it right, but I’m happy dealing with the company so far

DO NOT BUY . Cheap products. The colours ard nothing like the colours I ordered. They do not reply to messages you send them. Funny how there is nothing on Instagram from them since October. That's £30 down the drain! I recommend that you do not buy from the company. I wonder if they will actually respond to me now I have posted a negative review!

I recently tried Manicista's nail dip set and I'm quite impressed. Delivery was swift, taking less than a week, and the products were spot on. While there were a few hiccups, like receiving the wrong powder colours once, their customer service quickly sorted it, allowing me to keep the extras and sending replacements. The application process is straightforward and gives salon-like results, garnering many compliments. Although I'd prefer physical instructions over a PDF, the affordability and quality, with manicures lasting up to 3 weeks, make Manicista stand out in the market. Overall, a solid experience!

Absolutely terrible customer service received my parcel today very poorly wrapped received colours I didn't even order emailed them no response wish I'd read reviews before wasting my money on products I will never use stay away from this company avoid at all costs the posts I received were nearly empty dreadful products

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering this rubbish. As others have said, it arrived in bubble wrap with no instructions at all. I got as far as applying the base coat which smells like super glue, and dipping my right hand in the powder. Looked awful, really patchy. I decided I must've done it wrong and tried to remove it to try again. I can't get the bloody stuff off my nails. Glad I only did one hand. I guess the £30 is sunk costs at this point and this crap is going in the bin. Don't waste your money.
