The way they market their brand seems amazing and cool however the quality of the item is so poor. I bought a red white dress in size M but it's super small when I tried it on, not only the chest area is super tight and it's super shorts, not to mention the quality of the dress is so crap.

I bought a dress in August, it came and unfortunately did not fit so I returned within the window and have not heard anything. I have sent them the tracked delivery. I have tried to email multiple times and have not heard anything.

Very very cheap material, similar to that of Shein. I bought the Winona dress and the sizing is incredibly off as well, so don't trust what it says on the website. Overall very expensive for what you actually get. I'm actually surprised this isn't an online scam. Avoid and save your money.

If I could give no stars I would. My experience is exactly like most of the others on trust pilot. AVOID at all costs. I bought a dress for my daughter's birthday. Ordered end July for her mid August birthday to be sure it arrived on time. She is a slim size 10 so I'd bought a medium but it was too tight so I went to return it only to find out I had missed the ridiculous 10 day window they have for returns and exchanges. Not only is this against trading standards guidelines, but the sizing sets a pretty poor precedent for a girls body image. How can a slim size 10 girl be a 'large'?! I emailed to ask them if they'd let me do an exchange but they wouldn't budge. Terrible customer service, ludicrous sizing and the quality of the clothes was nothing special either. The dress was thin, flimsy material that didn't look like it would last 5 minutes.

I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter ordered clothes on July 21. It has been 3 weeks and we have both emailed the company a total of 4 times, used the chat bot feature as well as another website feature asking them to “reach out regarding the order”. The order still shows “awaiting shipment”. The chat bot reiterates exactly what the website order page says (no surprise) and we have not received one reply from
The 4 emails (sent a week ago, 5 days ago, 3 days ago and yesterday). There is clearly something wrong on their end with the shipment/order and the fact they will not reply is sketchy. I am contacting Chase to report the company as fraud and dispute the charge.

I have worn the delilah corset maybe 5 times and it is falling apart. It is literally ripping from the sides and the lace is falling off. The first time I washed the shirt on gentle in a mesh bag for delicates, but saw it did not hold up well and now I hand wash the top.

On top of that, the sizing is quite weird. I am small: 5'2, 100lbs, and the small was TINY. For context, in the U.S. I am an XXS/XS. I struggled to button the top halfway. .

!!!The good reviews are FAKE - you can see that they were all posted DAYS APART from each other!!! Was debating wether or not to buy after reading the reviews but took a chance. I shouldnt have. I bought using 1st class tracked shippjng (meant to take 1 / 2 days) and it took 4 days to reach me. So dont bother doing that. When I opened the jeans I was sad to see that the material was very thin and I agree with other reviews saying that it is Aliexpress / Temu material. The button was also very loose and about to fall off. I have emailed, contacted on Instagram, and used the messaging service on their website (all multiple times since I recieved the package) and still no reply. I applied for a refund and never recieved an email when the result was in, then when I went back to check it first said that it was ‘not eligible for refund’ and ‘has already been refunded’. I am running out of time within the 10 days to return, even though it says they give you 14 days to process the refund (so if it doesn’t go through, you cant return it). Do not buy.

1. Sizing - WTF?!

I am a size 10, and I can’t believe that it is classified as a size L. Anyway, I don’t believe they’ve put any thought into the sizing. I had been in Cos earlier that day and all the size 10 clothes were fitting me perfectly. I then get home and try on the Large sizing for this brand, and it’s all tiny, barely even fit over my boobs (which are a C cup)

2. The return?! Genuinely feel like I’ve been scammed being charged to return the item, not being given a return slip, having to print it off (nobody has printers these days).

Unless you’re a size 6, don’t waste your time.

Sadly the website doesn’t inform you that the pieces are getting shipped from the UK directly and the custom fees are insanely high which the company also doesn’t cover when you return your order.

The sizing is so off, ordered a L and it basically fit my sister who is an XS. This company makes it absolutely impossible to place returns and only gives you 10 days to return items. Scam and poor quality.

So happy with the quality and can’t wait to buy again

Very misleading sizing and low quality for price. Size medium bikini top is smaller than a typical brand’s XS (do not rely on their sizing chart). Plus they don’t do returns on unused swimwear tops nor would do an exchange.

If you’re cool spending 70$ on a pair of micro shorts made of litteral plastic waffle material with loose threads then you should buy from them lol

I recently purchased a number of items from ManyMany clothes for my daughter’s Christmas presents but I had to contact Customer Services via email as the sizes were not right. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Millie was an absolute star - very responsive to my queries and emails, kept me in the loop on the progress and followed up to ensure the amendments were made. This service from Millie gives me the confidence to order from ManyMany Clothes again, a real asset to the company.

AWFUL QUALITY - sizing was fine but the quality is the worst like straight from shein and not even a label identifying that the clothes were from Manymany clothes !! Extremely disappointed will never ever ever be shopping here again

Awful experience! Received trousers that were missing the whole middle part! Don’t even know how that’s possible! They said they would only give me a refund if I sent them back?! Which is wild in the first place as they sent me a completely wrong and useless item! So I sent them back anyway, PAID FULL POSTAGE TWICE AND CUSTOMS ASWEL AS THE COST OF THE TROUSER!!!! They say they never received! Had HORRIBLE customer service, truly disgusting. I am now down £120 with nothing to show for it. Cheap shein trash and disgusting behavior from the incompetent team.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The owner of the brand is diabolically rude. I ordered some trousers, only for them to be delivered to the wrong address. I had to investigate myself how to relocate them. Owner dismissed it and argued they were delivered and claimed I was lying. I received the package about two weeks later, no apology, nothing. The trousers themselves are CHEAP. It is quite frankly the same type of clothing you can buy on Tiktok shop or Shein. I just can't believe the vulgar language used by this company - horrifying.
