I absolutely LOVE my red stripy trousers from here I wear them all the time!!! The customer service was amazing, I was able to speak to ta rep so quickly about a return and I got a new size in less than 3 days. Can't recommend this brand enough, I've had items from MMC for years and they last so well - such good quality

I placed an order for shorts which were very small sized even though apparently medium. The order arrived in 2 days and we were happy so placed an order for a matching bikini at £50. This did not arrive and when I emailed got a response to say it was dispatched though on their own website tracking it stated the order was not fulfilled which means it hadn’t been packaged for dispatch! I wanted this for a holiday and so I contacted them by email and chat numerous times with zero response. At the cost of the product would expect much better customer service. I claimed a recharge as I could evidence the order had not been sent. My card provider did this in minutes. I also saw the item was sold out on line. If I could give zero stars I would .

I made an order for my daughters birthday & the top doesn’t fit, emailed them for a refund & they refuse a refund as the said it’s been over 14 days. The item was delivered on the 9th of may, they say you can have a refund 14 days from delivery & not from the date ordered on their policy so how is that right?! I am now left with a t shirt that coat £38! Don’t bother ordering from this scam company, you’ll never get your money back if it doesn’t fit.

ordered a pair of the bonnie trousers. Claims to be 100% cotton but from the feel of the fabric and the poor stitching its clearly 100% polyester. Utter garbage.

Awful company! I purchased a matching set from them in a size 14. I am usually a 12 but thought I'd size up. The trousers are absolutely tiny. I requested a refund and they said they did not offer refunds. So I asked them for an exchange in the size up. I was told they didn't have the size up in stock. Upon asking them when it would be in stock to exchange I was completely ignored and have heard nothing since. The trousers were 55 pounds and definitely not worth the money - cheap think material. Do not buy from this company. Awful clothes and awful customer service.

Ordered the stripy blue dallas trousers and the colour is a bit different to as shown. also didn’t expect the material to be like a towel material? they are ok but definitely not worth £55

Absolute scam, payed £58 for the bonnie dress. Shocking quality COMPLETELY different colour and pattern and the sizing was very different to how it was portrayed on the website. Do not waste your money on these crappy overpriced clothes. Such a shame as they sell such cute stuff but i mean at-least match the quality to the pricing you're selling at. I'd say with what i had received i wouldn't pay more than 15 quid. Was like a thin table cloth could see my pants so visibly through the dress. Don't waste your money.
