Consumer beware! Similar to what some other posters are saying, when I first opened a policy for my dog with ManyPets in 12/2021, I had a $308 annual premium. As of 10/2024, they have dramatically increased my premium to $815.64. On top of this, there is a $250 annual deductible. They have reimbursed two small claims in the last three years - one payment for $403 this year (50% of the original claim amount) and the other for $598 in 2022 (100% of the original claim amount). Note that their level of reimbursement has worsened over time as well. To me it seems absurd that they would increase my annual premium by 165% in only 3 years. I have contacted ManyPets to cancel my policy and I would advise others to steer clear of this company.

Terrible and now they are getting rid of there insurance and is offing us ODIE pet insurance and premium s doubled and less benefits.

Very reasonable pricing, about two years ago, then every year since it has doubled each year. Not too pleased with the increase every year. There should be limits to how much you can increase per year.
I started out paying seventy dollars for two dogs. Now over 250 that is crazy.
But very nice company quick payback and easy to communicate with.

By far the best pet insurance anywhere. There is no fight when you have a claim. The process is simple. You just send them the invoice and they deposit the check. I have never had them deny a claim that was covered.

Easy to submit a claim, with review and approval very fast. Extremely satisfied. Great value with reasonable premiums, ensuring peace of mind if your fur baby needs medical attention.

Prompt, immediate attention and approval of our claim. Big relief for our family to be able to take care of our furry member of the family.

This company is lying about everything. I spent about 2 years with them and now I want to claim a small surgery. what they told me is that I don't have medical record. I called my vet to get it and they now saying they need more records and confirm with the hospital. I told them to call and also notify my vet. MOST IMPORTANT: they did not make the call, and they claimed they can't get connected with the vet so they can't claim it. It's an endless loop that you will never never never get the reimbursement because they did not make any call to the vet.

Many Pets makes it all so easy! We have been using them for the past 3 years as our pet insurance and couldn’t be more pleased !!

Best company ever. Never had any issues with claims. Everything is done within few days after filling. Have policies for our 3 pets. Not that we like to ever use it but when we do we have a peace of mind that our unexpected bills are covered

ManyPets is a fantastic pet insurance company that really delivers on its promises. They offer a comprehensive range of coverage, including accident and illness plans, as well as wellness options, with no limits on reimbursements. I've been with them for a while now, and I can honestly say I've never had a claim denied. The one time they had a question about my claim, I shot them a quick email, and they approved it right away.

What impresses me the most is how quickly they process claims; mine have always been approved in just a few days. When my cat passed away, they took care of all her bills and cremation costs, which was such a relief during a tough time. Plus, they sent a heartfelt letter of condolence. Overall, I can't recommend ManyPets enough! They provide top-notch service and peace of mind for pet owners.

ManyPets was absolutely amazing during our recent issues with our dog, Bromlee, as she battled a cancer diagnosis. She fought hard and the treatments were expensive. Thankfully, ManyPets came through and helped with our expenses, paying every claim promptly. Bromlee sadly lost her battle. We are heartbroken, but just got a new pup and a new policy with ManyPets.

Great coverage and awesome wellness coverage. Would love to have the ability to see how much is left in my wellness account.

The recent price increase hit me with a shock. When I started comparing, I discovered that the increase was pretty much in line with the competition. Upon inquiring, I discovered I could adjust the deductibles and make a few other moves that, in the long run, would give our fur baby better protection and more bang for the buck. I appreciate the opportunity to discuss the adjustments with a live person and arrive at an amicable solution.

I love Many Pets. They are fast at getting payment to tou. Very clear what they pay and what they don't. I have recommended them to people I know. And will continue to.

Terrible service! We pay approximately $168 a month, been insured for 2 1/2 years, 2 dogs, never had a claim, I now have a claim for one of the insured dogs, they needed records, I got records, needed more records, I got them more records, the claim is not large but was over her $200 deductible, 1st claim in over 2 1/2 years for either dog, and it has been NOTHING but jumping through
hoops. I've called multiple times, it's nothing but frustration. No claims for 2 1/2 years and this is what I get!! Still not resolved.

Using manypets was great! Everyone I talked to was so nice and very helpful. Thank goodness we had this insurance. There is no way we could have paid for this without the insurance. We are so grateful. Thank you manypets.

They lie about the actual deductible price. Whatever you submit towards it, they only count 80%. It's just a scam. I've paid almost 2k towards my dog and they've only cover $80 dollars. You can get better deals elsewhere.

EDIT: No matter what they comment on here, if you call they are unhelpful. Basically if it says $1000 deductible, you have to pay $1250 to even be eligible for any help because they don't even count all that you spend toward your pet. It's all a lie and they don't understand how deductibles work.
