Do not order from this company. I rarely feel the need to write reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the experience I have. Firstly the dresses I ordered took a month to arrive which was frustrating but when they did the quality was so poor and unwearable. They look nothing like the pictures, the sizing was wrong, stitching was terrible and material was very thin. I have contacted the company, sent pictures of the dresses and they have told me I do not qualify for a refund. So £137 completely wasted!!

Poor quality product
I don’t usually leave reviews but I wish I had done my research before ordering. The dress I ordered is a poor quality product and poor customer service. The dress arrived almost a month late, and the quality of the material is not worth what I paid. They’ve refused to refund me due to their T&C’s saying they will only refund if the product is broken. Buyers beware, you can get much better quality clothing at other online stores.
To update - their customer service team have emailed me saying they will only refund me even my shipping fee (I paid express but didn’t receive it) until I change my review on here!! I’ve never seen anything like it. Do NOT buy from this store.

The product that I ordered is very poor quality and does not match how it is presented online. Really disappointing.
The delivery time is long and they do not refund unless the product is defective - which I discovered when I requested a return of an unworn item that did not fit. This policy is detailed on the website but is not clear.

I have received my parcel 2 weeks later that stated on the website. When reaching out they informed me I cannot return unless my items are faulty. I then opened my parcel to check them and have gems falling off, stitching coming away and marks all over the black dress. Luckily I checked before agreeing to a 10 percent compensation. When sending photos and of the items I received that went on to say cut the threads off, this is disgusting customer service and goes again there returns policy. Do NOT order from here it has been my worst experience with retail.

I placed an order that was supposed to arrive within 10 working days, but it ended up arriving 15 days later. When I opened the package, none of the items I had ordered were inside. I contacted customer service immediately, and while they offered to reship the items, I explained that I needed them for events that were coming up in the next few days, so I requested a refund instead.
However, instead of a full refund, they’ve only offered me 30% compensation, which is completely unacceptable. They did offer a full refund if I return the incorrect items, but I would be responsible for the return shipping, which would cost me £30. Given that the mistake was entirely on their end, I don’t think I should be burdened with this additional cost.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, as their handling of the situation has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
They will probably write on this review apologising for their mistake and request for me to contact them with my order number but I can assure you the outcome is still the same they only offer compensation for their errors.

Achtung !!!! Man wird von dieser Firma genötigt Ware mit schlechter Qualität zu behalten . Ich versuche seit Tagen die Rücksendeanschrift der Firma zu erfahren, damit ich die Ware , die absolut nicht der Qualität die versprochen wurde entspricht und mindestens 2 Größen kleiner ausfällt als die Norm , herauszubekommen. Keine Chance ! Es kommen blödsinnige Mails mit dem Hinweis, dass man über die Homepage die Rücksendeanschrift erfahre , was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.

Achtung Betrug, minderwertige wahre. Kleider haben rein gar nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Man wird mit falschen Bildern zum Kauf animiert. Was dann kommt gleicht einem Mühlsack von Qualität. Weder Schnitt, noch Grösse oder Material haben etwas mit dem Bild zu tun.

Versucht nicht hier zu kaufen es ist von allen guten geistern verlassen. Unglaublich dass jemand überhaupt so ein Schrott zusammennäht. Betrügerfirma!

Terrible !!!dress I ordered came and was clearly a cheaply made version of the items shown in the website ! The fabric was thin and cheap! The hems were uneven and not straight and the arms were ridiculously long and baggy. The item totally unwearable ! I have been trying to return this for a refund for over a week! Firstly I was asked to provide photographs, which I did, the company have then responded saying I am not entitled to a refund! I have disputed this saying the item is faulty and I am now not receiving a response! I would never buy from here again! Scam company clearly reproducing items from another company and using their images on their webpage! What I received was definitely not what is in their page

China Ware / Fakeware
Kleider entsprechen nicht annähernd den Bildern. Billig komplett anderer Schnitt und katastrophaler Stoff. Nicht mal als Kostüm geht das durch.
Bewertungen höchstwahrscheinlich fake. Unglaublich dass man mit falschen Bildern angelockt wird so einen Schr*tt zu kaufen.
Edit: mit weiteren email wird versucht mich für den Kauf zu zwingen obwohl ich die Ware zurückschicken möchte. Obwohl auf der Seite angegeben wird dass es sich nicht um China Ware handelt soll ich es dennoch nach China zurück schicken. Von Geldrückgabe keine Spur.
Die senden ein komplett anderes Kleid und sagen ich kann nur reklamieren wenn es beschädigt ist… Hallo??? Es ist ein anderes Kleid!! Billiger versuch nachzuahmen was da auf dem Foto darstellt.
Also aufpassen ganz schlimme Betrügerfirma!!!
