The Maqio journey began in 2010 when we began selling online. In 2011, we opened our first shop in Buxton, where business flourished, but we knew to provide convenient online selling was the most logical way for Maqio to grow. Combining our experience of merchandising our toy shop and selling online, we expanded our sales rapidly on various platforms worldwide. We focussed on making our systems more efficient while continuing to provide outstanding customer service, with our ambition to become the leading destination for buying toys. Within a year our online sales exceeded twenty times the turnover of the shop and so we decided to close that side of the business. Werented warehouse space, with the dream of owning our own location. Multiple moves later,we purchaseda 47,000 sq. ft warehouse with plans to expand further. Theconsistent growth and development of the company didn’t go unnoticed by the industry, and we were nominated at the 2018 Greater Manchester Ward Hadaway 50 Fastest Growing Companies Awards. Maqio Ltd placed in the top three for the Fastest Growing Companies in Greater Manchester Small Business category. As a premier toy seller, our collection of premium and best-selling toys and games are offered at competitive prices. Our team works hard to ensure our stock reflects the latest trends and can meet customer demand; weare in constant contact with our suppliers to secure the best possible prices, and pass on the savings to our valued customers.

The goods that I ordered haven’t yet been delivered.
The message is ‘We’re sorry that it hasn’t been delivered. We’re working to get it’s on its way on the next walking day and we’ll let you know when it’s on its way once it out for delivery.’
I have waited for a few days for this delivery and I need to post it for Christmas.

Great efficient company with speedy delivery. I ordered 22 of the same Lego items which I wasn’t able to do so from Lego direct due to the quantity but here there were no questions asked and even had a discount making them so much cheaper

Found this site by accident, read the reviews before ordering and crossed my fingers!! Customer service was excellent when I realised I didn't add the free gift. Delivery was fast and excellent packaging. The toys are fantastic and good value for money. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

The item itself was a great price as it was in the sale and good quality however I paid extra for express delivery as it was for my grandson to wear for Halloween and it arrived 5 days after ordering instead of the 48 hrs stated.

Great choice and good prices
I stumbled upon this lovely shop whilst shopping for my granddaughter. I found what I needed at the best price I’d seen, and topped my basket up with lots of other bits and bobs for her, and now my shopping is done. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Came really quick, too.
