marblemosaics ltd Reviews

I couldn’t recommend this company more.
They were extremely professional from start to finish .
They were incredibly helpful when things didn’t go quite right with the delivery company.
If I could give 50 stars I would have been more than happy to.
Can’t recommend anyone more and would gladly use again .

great service and the product purchased is of high quality and unique

We thought that it would be difficult and time consuming having to visit different suppliers all over the place to find the slabs we liked. It wasn't! Our first visit was to Marble Mosaics, where we found a huge, well displayed range of paving stones and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We found what we wanted and it was delivered within a week. Wonderful!

Very helpful and responsive. Followed up with prompt delivery as promised. Good quality product and value for money.

Lovely marble sinks at a very reasonable price. Very good customer service!

Great price, excellent product and fast delivery. Would definitely use again.

Made a quick call to get some advice and got what I needed to know so made a purchase and it was delivered next day. Very professional company great service throughout thank you.

Scouring the Internet shopping always has its dangers but I can happily confirm Marble-Mosaics are on the money with all aspects of online shopping. The beautiful bullnose porcelain steps I ordered arrived within a few days, well packaged with zero damage. The pallet delivery guy even dropped them down the side of the house (my back thanks you!!)

Highly recommend

Our new stone basin is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice and the biggest plus was being able to choose which one we wanted from the photos sent to us shortly after ordered.
It arrived quickly and well wrapped. Can't wait to have it installed.

Lovely split face teak wooden tiles. Asked by lots of people where I got them. Customer service was brilliant. Queries answered quickly and so helpful. Definately recommend.

Marble mosaics are an excellent company to buy from. The terracotta tiles we ordered are full of character, though, unfortunately, a number were damaged in transit. When we contacted the company, Ian responded almost immediately. Some companies might have taken the attitude, 'you signed for it, your problem.' However, Ian assured us we would be supplied with replacements, and after he had contacted the hauliers, who admitted liability, they arrived safely and speedily. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing product an unreal price for the quality

No issues, good service and quick delivery

This was our 2nd purchase & Ian was extremely helpful as we need a basin to fit an existing counter top. He provided us with a selection which would suit our requirements and made ordering easy. Basin arrived within a few days and we are absolutely over the moon with it.

Recently purchased a Verona Cream Marble Stone Vessel Sink. Fast delivery and the sink is beautiful. Would recommend and will purchase other products in the future.

Really easy and helpful to do business with, prompt delivery and great product well wrapped. Thank you

Most definitely recommend. First time ordering tiles so a little unsure. Ian was very helpful with sizing and ordering. An absolute pleasure to deal with this company. Tiles I ordered were on time and very well packed and also as pictured. Amazing all round service and will definitely deal with this company again. Fantastic service and products

This company have made a totally rubbish week much easier, they dealt with my order efficiently and easily.
The only tile company I've dealt with this month that actually does what they say they'll do!
Super friendly and fast delivery too.

I bought the Nero black Marble pedestal basin. Ordering was very easy and was very quick. Unfortunately the sink was delivered damaged. I spoke to a lovely chirpy cheery man called Ian at Marble Mosaics who was most helpful, He organised for the sink to be collected. He stayed in contact with sometimes twice a day to make sure all was ok. He even rang me after they had collected it to inform me that he had refunded me in full. They did not have another sink in stock which was a shame as it really is lovely and looked great in my black and white bathroom. I would definitely order another from them when I do more renovations. Wonderful customer service Ian, keep it up
