Started with EOC05 and I decided to lear with it and after 2 years in the embroidery I finally decided to take a big step to the EOM, is not even a month and Im loving it SO MUCH! No regrets at all! Love my Poolins!
& lets dont forget to mention the customer service.. IS AMAZING! They are always willing to help and will make sure the problem is solved, after a couple of days they will come back to check how’s everything.

I was new to embroidery and I decided to give Poolin a chance because their EOC06 was exactly the type of machine I was looking for and at the right price point. Once you get to know your machine, they’re a breeze to work with. Hint: do a tension test first thing! (Look on YouTube for a video) and oil your machine regularly and it runs great! When I first got my machine, I broke a part because I didn’t know what I was doing. Their customer service techs are amazing and identified the problem and sent me the parts for free! Love Poolin as a company and love my machine! I will definitely continue using Poolin in the future.

My Experience with the poolin EOX has been amazing mostly in part because of the team supporting it. Cathy and Leo have been on top of it. A truly amazing team with this type of support you can’t go wrong. It’s not just the machine but the support that comes with it. At first it was a little intimidating and I’m slow so for me it wasn’t unbox and run. This is are first embroidery machine so I wanted to take time to know and understand the EOX. Leo had me up and running in no time. Took me through the tension test to first embroidery layout in instinct. He then took me through maintenance of the machine which is very important to keep it functioning and optimal. I down loaded some purchased designs which I am now working on to get some patches made to final product. Soon I will be on hats which is an awesome feature. This is my first machine so I can’t come pair but it stitches out beautifully. I have some professional embroidered items I compared them to and wow no difference. If you’re looking for an embroidery machine for starting out or growing your business for the price point you can’t go wrong here. I highly recommend the EOX it’s professional and strong I have not found anything cheap about this machine it was well thought out and made. Totally amazing.

I’m brand new to embroidery and based on my research, I decided to purchase a Poolin EOC05-RE. The machine is very user friendly and easy to use. It’s packed with features and there’s not a machine on the market that compares. Based on the spectrum of Poolin embroidery machines, there’s on one embroidery machine that is less expensive. In my effort to learn this craft, I registered on the official Poolin Facebook group. What happened next away and shows their commitment to their customers… ALL of their customers. It’s the first time I was contacted by a manufacturer to find out how I’m making out with my new machine. They messaged me directly and the group included company engineers. Poolin has a customer for life.

I upgraded my machine to the Poolin EOm 15 needle machine and am incredibly happy. The machine was at my house in a week, secured and in perfect condition. But what’s even better is the service team that responds in usually less than 5 minutes and always walks me through the issues I am having! Beyond happy with my purchase.

I am a beginner embroidery and really don’t have a clue what I’m doing, but after I did my research. Decided to choose the poolin machine. Today was the first day I tried to tackle a project and fell into a lot of issues, but the customer service with this machine is amazing.
