After doing research I found out about poolin when starting to get into embroidery. I was nervous at first being that it was new. But I am sooo happy. I took a break and when I started back my screen was not working on my machine. The technician were so helpful and patient. Even when the screen that I order didn’t work, I was sent another replacement for free. I was sent videos on how to take my machine apart and to properly put in back together. It works like brand new now. When upgrading to a multi needle no question ask I will go with poolin. They are the best.

I love my Poolin EOC06. I ran into an issue today and contacted Leo with the support staff from the facebook group. He was quick with a response and way to fix my issue. I was up and working again in minutes! So grateful to a company that values their customers and stands by their products!

I recently purchased the Poolin EOM 15-Needle Embroidery Machine. When I first received it, the machine displayed a "Connection Error" and would not operate properly. I contacted Poolin's customer service, and they worked closely with me to troubleshoot the issue. Although we were unable to resolve the problem, they quickly determined that the machine was defective.

Poolin promptly sent me a replacement machine and arranged for the defective machine to be picked up, making the exchange process easy and hassle-free. Throughout the entire experience, their customer service team was responsive, professional, and committed to making things right.

While receiving a defective machine was disappointing, the way Poolin handled the situation gave me confidence in the company and its commitment to its customers. I had my machine about a month. I absolutely love it! I am familiar with embroidery and have owned many other brands. Poolin by far has been my favorite, customer service was great from the start, purchasing was a breeze, shipping was quick, and setting up was so simple. I bought the EOV and have had no issues with clothing or hats. I really can’t say enough how much I love this machine, very beginner friendly if you’re new to embroidery.

Customer service was great! They helped with a software update that has made my Poolin EOC05 work smoothly. They were quick to respond and worked with me until a solution was found. The machine works great and I am excited to continue making projects!

Kai is very helpful if you have any problems. I have had stitching and hooping issues and the service team are there to answer and resolve any issues I have had. The Poolin EOC07 is an excellent embroidery machine and Kai is top notch when issues arise.

I had a slight amount of experience with embroidery before I bought the EOC6. I knew nothing about the maintenance required to oil and maintain the machine. I watched vids and got the feel for the machine before being greated by Poolin's friendly and helpful staff. Kai Tang is a solid engineer and has been helpful and supportive of my embroidery endeavors. I eventually upgraded to the behemoth of their flagship machine, the EOX. Throughout experiencing the EOX and even prior to me getting it, Kai helps and will continue to help me despite having many customers to help. Poolin's staff is A1 and always supportive. I know they'll keep up the amazing work on being informative and enthused to help out their consumers!

I was having issues with one of my needles not moving up and down like it should have. I reached out to my tech team and Kai was extremely helpful.

Leo Wang helped me fix a misaligned automatic threader on my embroidery machine and was very responsive and helpful! Excellent customer support!

Customer support is super helpful. You just need to understand the time difference in when support is available. Every questions has been met with an appropriate answer and I have been helped every step of the way. My projects have came out great!

I am new to embroidery and I start off with an EOX. Great sales support by Nancy Wen, great support from the started of my online chat and end of sales all the way. There was a mistake during the purchase on the product description on the site. Poolin tried their best to compensate me with all they could do. Everyone make mistake, the fact is how someone willing to face it and correct. Poolin did it and such a responsible company. Shipment wae fast, within 7 days, I received my machine. During the troubleshooting, thank you Kai Tang for the continues support. I left any questions in the chat and he will get back to me the same day or the next day.
