Very disappointed with the quality of this item , it was nothing like the illustration, neither the same colour or with a metal nameplate. If I had more time I would have sent it back and found one elsewhere.

The key ring fell apart within a week
The key ring fell apart within a week. It’s clear it had been on display for some time as the packaging was faded in the sun too. It was only cheap and I guess you get what you pay for! No complaints about the lapel badge and delivery was ok

I love the products which are made with such high quality. However, the shipping fee was the same price as the product and then I had to pay an additional fee for import tax to France. I would have thought this would have been included correctly in the shipping fee.
