Great deal and met our needs

The salesman that approached us was super friendly and at first seemed to be knowledgeable about mattresses. But as we continued to discuss options it seemed that he was just good at saying what he thought we wanted to hear. I'm not sure he really knew much about his product. he changed the pros and cons of certain types of mattresses to just sell something.
I felt the prices were reasonable so if you already know what you want then they would be a good source. I did end up buying a mattress and have had it for 30 days with no issues presently.
We were going to buy additional mattresses for my kids but after being there for over an hour and haggling over prices, he realized that they didn't even have the mattresses he was selling us and no plans to get that mattress any time soon. Seems like he should have checked inventory--it's right at the back of the showroom in plain sight--while waiting for the manager to approve or disapprove the price.
I did not appreciate the push to get me to give them a 5 star review. I felt that if they gave me good service and a good product they wouldn't have to coerce me to give them a 5 star review. that issue came up several times with the manager and salesmen..."We'll give you a discount if you give us a 5 star review"

The mattress is so comfortable. We love it! And the salesperson, Matthew, that helped us, was very courteous and nice.

So the people at Mark’s mattress are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable- especially Matthew- and they have a pretty wide variety of excellent mattresses with prices to fit every budget.

Doug was very helpful and did an outstanding job of explaining things! Personable and knowledgable! Candace was awesome! I got the mattress i wanted for me! Nothing high pressure, and prices were unbelievable! I recommend this place for mattress buying!

The young man really educated us about matresses. He was sincere and polite. I feel we got what we were looking for at a fair price.

The promise of what product was and said they would set up in the house. Deliver but was told they didn't know how to put it up. This was a promise by the salesman as part of the package.

Good quality, great price, and friendly staff!

Ryan helped us chose our mattress. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us many helpful hints to guide us to the correct mattress for us. We feel like price wise we got a very good deal. The delivery guys called to see if they could come early which was perfect timing. They were very friendly, removed our old mattress and set up our new mattress quickly and with out any issues. We have been sleeping much better and have had a marked decrease in our aches/pains. We made a great decision purchasing our mattress at Mark’s Mattress. When we need a new mattress in 15+ years we will go back!!

Good people and good mattresses. I had an issue with a mattress I purchased and they quickly fixed the situation. Make sure to inspect the mattresses carefully, other than that this is a great place to get high quality mattresses for less.

We purchased a sleep natural bed and it took about a week to get adjusted to it. I have back problems and it seems to be helping.

I took my parents to Mark’s Mattress in Richmond, IN. Nick was very help and kind. He help them understand the service and value offered. They bought two mattress sets and are happy with the quality and value.

I needed a new bed for a long time. Had buyers remorse from the last one I bought so taking the plunge again was emotionally stressful. I walked into a Marks on a whim and was greeted by a very professional knowledgeable salesperson, who made the whole process simple. She was not high pressure, invited me to come back with my spouse or even take a nap as the store was not busy on a Monday morning. Nice store! Good prices! Great salesperson!

The warranty is twice as long as competitors. And I saved money.
