Disappointing Customer Service
I ordered a monogrammed water bottle holder from Marleylilly for an upcoming vacation and unfortunately the item I received was defective. The monogram is noticeably off-center, and there is a black stain inside the pocket that has bled through the material.
I contacted customer support via email the same day the item was delivered and included photos of the issues. After receiving no response, I submitted a second request through the website chat feature three days later. As of now, I still have not been contacted regarding a resolution.
Because this was a personalized item ordered specifically for a trip, there is no longer enough time to receive a replacement before I leave. The product I received is not usable in its current condition, and the lack of response from customer service has been very disappointing.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but timely communication and resolution are important — especially for personalized orders. I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or update regarding next steps.
