Disappointing Customer Service

I ordered a monogrammed water bottle holder from Marleylilly for an upcoming vacation and unfortunately the item I received was defective. The monogram is noticeably off-center, and there is a black stain inside the pocket that has bled through the material.

I contacted customer support via email the same day the item was delivered and included photos of the issues. After receiving no response, I submitted a second request through the website chat feature three days later. As of now, I still have not been contacted regarding a resolution.

Because this was a personalized item ordered specifically for a trip, there is no longer enough time to receive a replacement before I leave. The product I received is not usable in its current condition, and the lack of response from customer service has been very disappointing.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but timely communication and resolution are important — especially for personalized orders. I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or update regarding next steps.

Wish I read the reviews first

Wish I read the reviews first . The leopard tote bag is shiny and cheap looking, nothing like the photo. Thrown in a box with another bag I purchased, no wrapping , no paper, plastic wrap on the handles, definitely not quality merchandise. Do not buy from this company, products are very deceiving online.Money wasted

Disappointing

The customization process was pretty seamless and the options available were sufficient. The items shipped very quickly, but then took 10+ days to arrive. Honestly I was a bit disappointed with the quality of items and lack of attention to detail on some. There were strings hanging off multiple items and huge pieces of the monogrammed backing that hadn’t been trimmed. The kids sports bag was very thin plasticy material and will absolutely not be durable past a handful of uses. The monogramming on this item was also pink and not the orange we ordered. Unfortunately, all personalized items are not returnable, so you’re pretty much out of luck if you order anything you don’t like or wrong sizes.

POOR quality

I ordered a monogrammed leather tray for my boyfriend. The order came in a timely fashion, although the product as a whole is not functional. The product has buttons in each corner of the slab of leather you're supposed to clip together in order to form the actual tray look rather than a flat piece... NONE of the buttons clasp together.
Will update review when I hear back from customer service.

I paid a lot of money for 2 monogrammed handkerchiefs. They came with a tacky large tag sewn into the side! That tag was never shown in the photo. I wonder why? Several back and forths with "Customer Service" has not resolved this issue.

The customer service was terrible. I ordered a gift and they sent it to me and billed it to the people I was gifting and then of course said it was my fault. Really? My name is on the credit card so how could it be billed to another name? The quality was fair and I would never order from then again

Always a great experience

I found Marleylilly a few years ago through a Google search. I placed some orders for Christmas rather last minute and was thrilled that they all made it in time and were absolutely darling. I have since ordered from them several times. I have ordered clothing, bags, and travel items both for myself and many as for gifts. Every single time they have been received on time, done perfectly, and have been very high-quality.

I recently suggested to my mom that she buy gifts from Marleylilly for her five granddaughters. She found a beautiful silver beaded bracelet with an engraved disc and ordered one for each. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, we found that one of the monograms was reversed. I wrote an email to customer service and, I couldn’t believe it, four days later we had a replacement bracelet with the correct monogram. Talk about standing behind your product and outstanding customer service! I mean, these days, if there is a problem, you often times have to jump through hoops. But, Marleylilly made it so easy!

Can’t recommend them enough. They have SO many items in their offering that there is something for everyone. Items are all great quality and are very competitively priced!

They have a customer for life in me!

Never received my order

I ordered on 12/4. Was told it shipped 12/9. Contacted your company when I didn’t receive it and was told on 12/12 it was on the way. It’s Christmas and I still haven’t received my order. I will never order from this company and I’m contacting my credit card company

Monograms were incorrect...Customer Service Terrible

I have ordered several items from Marleylilly and have always been pleased with the items. I ordered 6 items for my daughter for Christmas and half her monograms were wrong. I reached out to customer service which was my first time talking with them and they said they would offer a 50% discount to remake the items they messed up. I already paid alot of money to have it done correctly and it wasn't. So now I am stuck with the three items that have the wrong monogram. Will not be purchasing from this company any longer.

Nope

Nope. The stuff I ordered does not look like the items on the photos. Slippers are big, bulky, and cheap. Pajamas are not soft and just look terrible. And I can’t return them. Shame on me for not seeing that when I placed the order. Will never do business with them again, and will advise anyone to steer clear.

I ordered a monogrammed pair of shoes. They arrived with some symbol monogrammed on them- not lettering and the wrong size. I emailed them and they told me to ship them back at my expense to receive another pair. Terrible return policy and customer service. Beware!!

Marleylilly’s excellent customer service!

I was extremely skeptical if I would even receive my order. I’m very happy I took the leap and ordered from them. When my order of 4 monogrammed weekender bags arrived I noticed the monogram on one bag was very thin and the lettering wasn’t even. All the other bags looked great.
They were all made out of canvas and the monogramming was stitched on properly not printed on the canvas bags. By this time bag wasn’t on sale anymore and I just wanted to exchange the bag for one monogrammed properly.
It was on a Sunday that I did an online chat with the company concerning an exchange to my order. The employee I was chatting with said she would pass on the information, and I would receive an email in a few days. As promised, I received an email apologizing, telling me there was no need to send the bag back at this time. The next day I received another email apologizing again for any inconvenience and letting me know a new bag was being shipped to me. They included a tracking number and said there wasn’t any charge.
I’m very impressed with their hassle free customer service. They replaced what wasn’t done correctly the first time. This was the easiest transaction. I’m definitely ordering from them again!
