This is my first time working with Marquee and Siddharth Gada has been great to work with. He was very responsive with our team and worked closely to build our financial models to support our financing campaign.

The whole team has been really good to work with. Preparing documents like these in my industry is not an easy task. But Marquee's team made it easier.

I had a very pleasant experience with Marquee-Equity! Vinit, Kshitij, and the rest of the team were exceptionally responsive and professional. The initial team that compiled a pitch deck and a teaser did an excellent job.

However, the next steps were not the same. Initially, I was informed that the process of preparing documents and finding a potential buyer typically takes about four months or so, in average. In my case, preparing the documents alone took about three months. And it was not move ahead for the next 3 months after the documents were ready. The team responsible for the email campaign did not seem inspired, did not show a proper understanding of my business, and did not seem particularly interested in the campaign's final result.
I requested that team replacement. The next team started working actively, but after 5.5 months no any potential buyer have been contacted. I am not sure what to expect. If you require a speedy process for raising funds or selling your shares, you might need to consider other options.
I will update my review and potentially rate it higher should the situation improve.

We agreed to a 2,000 mailing list to promote my product, they sent 2,000 emails where the majority were nonexistent or wrong.
They grasp emails from anywhere and send them to anyone. not professional.

Marquee is a great company to help you find financing for a project. They will create a top-notch investment deck and then market your project to potential investors. They can be approached for only an investment deck, but we went for the full package. They have several teams handling different aspects of the investment journey, and each is efficient, professional, and responsive. We were very pleased with the investment deck. The next stage is the money raising and Marquee handle all the outgoing campaign. You only intervene when you get a response, and you can even get assistance during your investment pitch with someone from the team if you prefer. The first project went so well that we entrusted them with a second project and the experience was identical. A special thanks to Akash, Ayush and Vinit for their assistance throughout.

As we are now in the next phase of the journey with Marquee Equity (ME), we have been guided by the excellent advisor and tactician, Jyotsna Marisetty, to help connect with strategic investors and partners we are seeking. We are tapping her and her team's excellent email and LinkedIn outreach methods to maximize, we believe, not only the probability of finding those interested in partnering opportunities and synergies, but also navigating, with her expertise, how to have the outreach be something our team feels comfortable saying. That is, we are not risking our scientific reputation and credibility in a field we have pioneered in the cognitive science space. Like the rest of the ME team we have worked with thus far, Jyotsna's intelligence and professionalism in every interaction.
